Rude as heck. Told me it would take an hour to fill a prescription, I've never heard of that. I'm in so much pain, I can't stay here for an hour, I don't live near. The worst. Edit after reading other reviews. Why not find people who want to work in the pharmacy? Caring decent friendly people don't exist here, and the reviews show it. The employees are horrible, don't care about people, why not scrap the whole pharmacy crew that makes at least 40$ per hour, and hire people who want to work. Don't go here, too many other options, the employees in the pharmacy don't want you to go here. OH they close for lunch on random days random times.

The pharmacy hours should not list that they close at 9 if they are going to refuse to complete an order at 8:30. Especially when it's a script for a young child and will help reduce their pain.

I came here to give a good review and saw a lot of bad ones to my surprise. I’ve only been coming here for a few months now but the ladies at the pharmacy have been super helpful to me and they are always polite. I’ve called with many questions and they’ve always been more than happy to answer. Today I spoke to one of them on the phone and she helped me get my prescription at an affordable price. I have an auto fill prescription that I’ve had no issues with and I’ve been to the drive thru a few times. Paying online beforehand makes things a lot smoother.

Horrible service when it comes to the pharmacy , the attitude given is unacceptable . The wait time they give of 2-3 days is also ridiculous . The worst part about it is if you don’t call for your prescription it’ll never get filled and they always give the excuse of it just got into our system . If I could do zero stars I would !

On Sunday I went at 9am and the man with the beard left me waiting for more than 20' and with a very bad temper…. The pharmacy employees are not very polite and helpful… they don't even say hello, they lack customer service…

The pharmacy department at this Rite Aid is absolutely horrible. They do not treat ppl well, instead they continuously tell you that your prescriptions are out of stock that it will most likely not be covered due to it being available over the counter. When you at that time try to use you GoodRx card that your Doctor provided to use for the over-the-counter item. They tell you that the card will not work. Which is not true. As you to correct them on the misinformation you are then subjected to micro aggressive responses. Then told that if you wanted to try another RiteAid they will provide the prescription over the phone, Then someone hands you the store number. But that's not the worst of it. As you proceed to a nearby isle, you literally can overhear them laughing and mocking you. This has not been my first encounter, The same situation happened again. You may ask why do you keep going there? Well unfortunately the longtime Rite Aid I was going to for the past 14 year closed down in Bethlehem and this is the closest one. There should be no reason for this unprofessionalism. I hope this is addressed, before someone files a serious complaint to the State Board of Pharmacy. I do have to make clear that the Pharmacy in Rite Aid is a complete separate entity from the store itself. The store staff are amazing and always helpful.

After moving only a block from the store, we decided to transfer our prescriptions. My husband's prescription was called in at noon but wasnt ready til 3. Thinking the drive thru pick up window would be quick and convenient, we waited almost 9 minutes for someone to finally come over and tell us to wait. We are still waiting in our car. Terrible service. We are now approaching 14 minutes waiting.

Pharmacy takes days to fill any Rx, each month I have to make separate trips due to the constant delays with filling. Even when nobody is in line, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for service. If there is more than 3 people in line you can expect an hour wait.

Only issue I had was my husband's meds weren't ready even tho they sent msgs saying it was ready. But Overall wasn't a bad first time there. Nice staff.

If you need absolutely anything from a pharmacy do not go here. The main teller in their pharmacy is hopelessly incompetent despite talking to my sons psychologist.
