I had sworn off of Sephora due to bad experiences in the past where when I had gone in to other locations and I was outright ignored or given the "up and down" look. You know the one.
For my daughter's birthday, all she wanted was to go to Sephora. Because of her, I was willing to go back and chose the one at Whitehall. When I walked in, I was expecting the same treatment to be very honest.
We went to the skin care section and were looking at different options. Given the vast choices, I decided to ask one of the employees for help. She was helpful and suggested that we get connected with their skin care consultant, Erin.
Erin came over, listened to us and really took the time to understand my daughter's goals for her skin. She was professional, informative and extremely helpful. We wound up leaving with a new skin care routine and for me, a new outlook on Sephora.
Thank you, Erin for changing my view on Sephora.
Sephora, you need more Erin's at all of your locations! She's amazing.

Had a makeup consultation/lesson with Liz and she was wonderful! I loved all the products she recommended and used, and I learned a lot. I loved the ease of purchasing and getting an email of everything she used. Already added it all to my favorites in the app so it’s easy to make future purchases and get notifications when things are back in stock. Thank you Liz for a great experience!

The staff here are so wonderful. I needed my eyebrows done and booked an appointment for the wrong location. They were very kind and got me right in. They are always very helpful and answer any questions I have.

so tired of being pushed around by young kids trying to get certain products. they're incredibly rude and mix everything together. there needs to be a rule that parents need to accompany these children.

Floor manager or employee who thinks she’s better than everyone else thought me and my friends were stealing even though we bought over $200 worth of products all together. We were followed around the store and the customer service was terrible from whoever that was. The other employees were fine and helped us out with ease. Whoever that woman was needs to chill. Just because we are teenage girls doesn’t mean we steal. I asked her for recommendations on certain products and she told me to “just go look”. When my friend asked for a shade match she just said to pick what we think looked best and didn’t give any good recommendations. And me and my friends saw another girl shoving things into her pockets multiple times and instead of paying attention to them or any other customers who asked her for help she continued to follow us around. My friend saw an opened package and grabbed it to see if it was the color she likes and the same employee or manager grabbed it out of her hand and would not let her buy it no matter what and asked to check her just because a package was opened, not even by my friend. DO NOT go here if you are a teenager.
