The woman who helped me was very helpful. She knows her products well and helped me decide on the right paint for my job. Also, since I was too far away to go into the store to place a large order, she recommended online order placement. I found that tool to be very easy to use and also found a nice discount! When I called the next morning to tell her I wouldn’t be in to pick up until closer to end of the day, she informed me the order was already complete! Wow! Great job! Great quality products and excellent customer service!

The sales associate, Mara, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She made my visit to this store a very pleasant experience. She was able to match my paint to the samples I brought in and the base paint I needed was available. She carried my paint to my car. She was more than accommodating. I highly recommend this store.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and even helped me narrow down my color selection. (I knew the color I wanted but with the large selection was unsure which to choose for my project) I will return to this location for future projects.

Sherwin Williams Super paint is fantastic!I covered a very dark color with an egg shell white in one coat. I never thought that would be possible. The staff at the Whitehall store was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Whitehall store.

We went to the store to get some simple paint supplies and six cans of paint that we saw online. It was a Saturday and there was only one employee in the store with multiple people needing assistance.We asked the clerk if they had the paint we saw and they told us no. While we waited to be further assisted, we found the paint ourselves in the store. It was the emerald cans and a rustic color scheme.Once it was our turn we asked to have these paints made for us because she could not make samples. We were warned that this was a little bit more expensive.When it was time to cash out she said $16,000! We about had a heart attack. She insisted this is the correct price and there is no mistake. We told her we absolutely refused to pay that price and she needed to get assistance from her manager.There is a line of 5 or so people behind us listening and getting angry for the wait. A lady yelled behind us, she said it was more expensive!She comes back and says she already made the paint and asked what we would be willing to pay. We said that price is impossible and the shelf said $100 for this designer paint.She said that the system said $16,000. Then she started crying and said she didn't know what was wrong. She invited me around back to look and figure out the problem.I went around the back side of the register and immediately saw she put a quantity in of something like 1600 cans of paint.. The first entered item line. I have worked retail before years ago. It was easy to spot.She was still crying so I gave her personally $20 to ease the situation. She said sorry and gave us the price with the normal 10-15% new member discount.It was around $500 which is still too expensive after this whole ordeal. We reluctantly paid, having been in the store an hour and a half and feeling the people behind us glaring.This is a day I won't ever forget and still feel anxiety thinking about it.
