I've been a T-Mobile customer for many years and never had a bad experience until I visited this store. The manager scammed me into getting an extra line and a "free" tablet. I specifically told him I didn't want a big bill and this sounded too good to be true. He told me there was no catch, they just wanted their customers to be happy. It wasn't until Bill time that I saw I was being charged so much extra for these items. I called T-Mobile and I fixed the situation buy I had to pay inactivate feed for the extra lines I didn't want. I do not recommend this store.

Very great service highly recommend. Everyone is professional. Had a couple billing questions got everything squared away and cleaned up efficiently

Ray was very helpful especially since I came last minute I was having a cellular problem and despite them closing he came aside and helped me figure out my issue . His customer service was definitely a 10/10 and he saved my night from becoming a disaster!!

I would get this T Mobile at the Lehigh Valley Mall Pennsylvania a ZERO! Corp. needs to investigate the Manager and workers, they are scamming the customers. I walked into this location. On September 1 to get my phone fixed or to traded in my phone due to my screen was cracked! The Sale rep. wanted to offer me two FREE tablets, One FREE phone and internet services. I've learned that there's is NOTHING free... I declined the services... I just received my bill it's $300 vs $167.00, All the FREE Stuffs are being charged to my account. I went to the location, the Manger is acting funny and the Sale Rep. is confused that he doesn't know Customer service number, he needs to speak with the "Manger" to fix this matter. One Advise Customer Keeps your monthly bill, if you visit this location check your Bill, if they sold you something under a promotion.. Check your Bill!! SCAMMER!!!

Worst service I have ever expirenced. Employees standing guard at the door asking questions before you can even enter the store. Service was so terrible I left midway through my transaction. Would definitely not recommend this store.

We showed up an hour before close to get a phone since we were replacing one that was smashed. The guy said he had a 14 pro in stock and went to go get it. Almost a half hour later he still didn’t come out of the back and we had to ask the only other guy in the store. Someone else showed up and went back for the phone, and then without saying it’s a 14 pro max, he tried to swap out the screen protector. He was going to charge us more for a phone we didn’t want and then got frustrated when we said we didn’t want it. Now we’re at the Airport Road store and they’re amazing with helping us. But it was 5 minutes to close and now we can’t even go back to the Apple Store for the phone case we want because the one in the Lehigh mall screwed us over. Big thumbs down.

Employee video chatting on their phone instead of taking care of customers, seemed annoyed she had to hang up her oh so important video chat to help me. Terrible customer service in general. Couldn't even point me in the right direction just kept telling me I was wrong. I left this store very disgruntled and found myself at the T Mobile store up the road where they greeted me with kindness and helpfulness. They understood my frustration and explained to me how my needs may not be able to be met in store but they could definitely help me by pointing me in the right direction and even helped out with a few essential materials I needed to get started. I usually go to the location in the mall for my upgrades but will now be taking my services to the actual T-Mobile store and not this 3rd party store.

I had some really unhappy times with my cellular line and I was sent to this store by Apple in the same complex. I had the pleasure of dealing with the worlds most patient store manager, Alex. Alex said he had just recently taken over the store, and Alex and I spent about 3 to 4 hours together in the store trying to work with T-Mobile's tech support people to try and get my phone and line operational again. Ultimately, I had to leave the store without success and an escalation to even higher support... But I was happy none the less because Alex really was able to keep a smile on my face. He was kind and funny and kept everything real with me. Even he was upset we weren't able to resolve the issue, and you don't see many store workers these days even feel empathy towards their customers. I have to rate the store 5 stars for him (and his other store workers) having been super patient and kind through my agonizing 1st world problem. Thanks guys, I will definitely send people your way whenever possible.

My boss and I came to get a simple phone. We left so happy with service for our business, personal & more. Michelle, Ralph, Alec & Abe went ABOVE & BEYOND ! The best time ever doing the least fun stuff!

I bought my 1st iPhone about 8 months ago at the Lehigh Valley Mall, Store 4PSC, 137 Lehigh Balley Mall #1021. Michelle Villafane, Mobile Expert, transferred all my information from my other phone to my new iPhone and explained everything to me. She has been wonderful. Since then I have gone up there several times with questions, and she continues to help the “pest”. Michele just laughs it off and says she is here if I need her! She exceeded all my expectations and did not make me feel like a dummy.

Alonzo and Charlie are assets to this T-mobile location! Very friendly customer service, very helpful, very patient. They spent 4 hours assisting us with our situation and didn’t get impatient or irritated once. They stayed 2 HOURS after closing time to help us! My boyfriend and I have been to 3 different t mobile locations today and if it wasn’t for these particular employees at this location, we would have switched carriers! Thank you for all your help, we LOVE our new phones, we APPRECIATE you humble workers!!!

Highly recommend this TMobile location. Not only was everyone very knowledgeable about the products, promos and services. They were beyond helpful with our complicated situation. Walked out very happy. They should all be rewarded for their great work ethic.

This store has the best customer service you can get around here.From the manager Abe down to all the reps Michelle, Charlie , Alec , and Alfonzo.You're greeted before you even reach the store.Anything they can help you with they will including being told about newest promotions, servicing phones as best as they can.Nothing against the T-mobile located upsatirs but they gave me no help told me they had no promotions for me and kept trying to force me to get an iphone mini im an andriod user, but downstiars took care of me told me about all the promtions saved me moeny and put me into a great phone that fit all of my needs and wants.Lets make the long story short they take care of there customers as every tmobile should whether being a sprint or tmobile customer. Thank you T-mobile downstairs for making my exprince worth the time!!

They were extremely helpful in activating my surface pro when they've never done it before. They did everything they needed to to learn how to get it working.
