this service is bad i ordered 2 drinks and 1 bagel and i only got one drink and one bagel and when i asked for my other drink the said they wouldn’t give to us and we wait we for 20+ minutes

Ordered on the mobile app @7:10ish. The app warned me the store closes @8. I received a confirmation, but then when I get to the kiosk there's a cup with a note written on it, "We close at 7, call 1-800 Starbucks for refund thank you."Thank you?? Thanks for nothing?? Now I have to waste my time on the hotline to get my $ back?Extremely poor service & highly irritating.

Drinks don’t taste right here at all, always tastes like milk no matter how many extra shots I add, the flavor of whatever I get doesn’t come through either, not sure what it is

First, 3 out of 4 items we ordered were wrong and we waited for 30 minutes to get our order. This was a miserable experience.

They usually have more 5 or more employees working but it will still take 10+ min for 1 item.They seem disorganized and they’re all eating and drinking behind the counter and gossiping as opposed to actually working and getting the line down.If there is a manager they’re clearly never to be found because this small little kiosk is a disaster everytime I come.

It’s alright but idk if they’re training newer baristas to use listening skills or not cause every time I go there my order is typed in wrong. On top of the extended wait times it’s like girllll. Melissa needs her managers to train better cause these former bath and body works managers aren’t doing it right.

Just stopped to get couple coffee’s, barista did not know how to reload my Starbucks card , that is ok I thought, she isnew , no problem.But after paying for my drinks , I have asked for seems to be more experienced barista about the price of whole beans coffee, she said ,, I Don’t know’ , did she even bother to check the price? No , she continued to do what ever she was doing, II didn’t bother to spend more money there . Way to go to increase your sales .

Employee was very nice but pretty sure she messed up my order. I asked for almond milk (lactose intolerant) and she had to of given me regular milk because I've been sick all day.

This location never gets my coffee right! I always order double shots of expresso and they give me literally the milkiest coffee! Never going to this location again!

I bought this insta coffee and they're just amazing !!! Very easy to travel with and enjoy it anytime anyplace
