Every step was a headache with this location.
I was canceled on the day of my reservation, canceled on again with no communication, overcharged for services and inconvenienced the entire time. 0stars
PS: the measurements of the rentals are an absolute lie.

Corel rep was the most pleasant--proficient young man who helped with my reservation and check-in. I am a senior citizen and was extremely impressed with his kindness and expertise. His smile alone helped make my day. He did not ignore any of my questions. AND, he remembered me when I came in. I made the reservation in person at U-Haul. I was extremely ? impressed. I hope Corel goes far with your company.

They really deserve a 0 Star. Rented 2 UBoxes from this location for the local fire department. Made the reservation through the Go UHaul phone number. Had everything reserved and figured out. Day of the pick up manager Wayel called and said the truck wasn't big enough even though customer service said it was. Brought a different truck to get the boxes. The boss Wayel pushed his way into the reservation and had an attitude the whole time. After we left, we kept getting calls. Our bill wasnt paid, and the manager never put our card on auto pay. Then he called us and asked what our U Box numbers were and the trailer number. Wayel is a horrible manager, and because he couldn't do his job, we were having to call customer service monthly with issues. It's not our fault the boss never saved the card information. Never use this Whitehall. When we dropped the boxes off the boss said we owed money which we didn't.

Beware! Booked a pickup truck. During check-in, I was told I had to purchase their insurance option OR show my own car insurance which was not stated on the U-Haul website during booking. The check-in clerk was arguing with me and demanding that I present my insurance information OR i must purchase their insurance because people break trucks. If you are afraid a customer will break your truck then perhaps you should not be in the business of renting trucks. Interestingly, the week before when i rented a pickup truck from a different location, nobody was asking for my car insurance. I hope the corporate office will address this since it seems this location is not following U-Haul’s corporate policies.

Girlfriend rented a U-Haul at this location. First time she ever rented equipment from U-Haul. Nobody was willing to show her where the vehicle was, or help her with a pre-trip check of the vehicle. Vehicle was driving weird on the way home, just to find that the sidewall of the tire had a giant hole in the side. Had to wait several hours for roadside assistance, setting us back significantly on things we needed to do. Besides the, “We’re sorry for the inconvenience” line, nothing was done on behalf of U-Haul. Will not be renting from this location again.

Worst place to go to rent. Horrible management, hidden charges, they rent out broken trucks, over charge for gas. Had to return 3 trucks 3 different times, they gave my business the wrong truck when I already put $60 in for gas and never got reimbursed. The GM should be fired. STAY FAR AWAY from this place and don't waste your time or money. Not worth it. Penske is the way to go.

My son in law rented a uhaul at this location. He stated it would be 200 miles away (3 1/2 hrs). He thought he was getting a 1 way rental (drop off at uhaul near them). But nope! Seems the person who rented made it local only truck! So we find out they have to bring the truck back!Now who in their right mind would think that they could pack up, drive 3.5 hrs away, unpack, drive 3.5 miles back (with my daughter following in one of their cars) to drop it off, all in 1 day?!So this total rental ended up be $1000!!! They were charged not only the per day but also the mileage.Whoever rented this to them was dishonorable. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone.

Stored my my belongings at this spot for a year and they came out moldy I purchased the items they recommended to help with the moisture didn’t help one bit. Beautiful wooden raatan King Size bed completely moldy, leather moldy, clothes moldy stay away from this place plus the vermin droppings place is disgusting

We love this Uhaul location. We have used this location multiple times, but this most recent experience went above and beyond. We showed up about an hour and half early, just to see if by chance the truck would be ready early. Not only was our truck ready early, but the manager also gave us an upgrade to a bigger truck. And thank goodness, because we underestimated how much space we would need. We are thankful for great service!

Customer service is terrible. They only value $$ over customers. Beware. They will kick you out fast. The new owner does not care. He may have trucks, but not ethics.The 3+ Star reviews are from family and friends. Beware and go to any other location or service. You’ve been warned.
