Absolutely atrocious the truck stank like cigarettes and death and on top of that the truck has a leak in the roof somewhere and all my stuff is now wet. Thank you so much U-Haul.

Never had any Issues , with The Rental SERVICE. Reserve ahead a few days to make Sure what you need is Available. Pick it Up. THAT easy

So this would have been 5 stars but 3 were deducted because when I returned my van I was greeted with: “Did you fill it up?” That’s correct. No, hello, hi, thanks for returning, just did you fill it?
When I gave my greeting (I was well put off), it was returned by another question and when I inquired about the rudeness I was told that it’s just the way it is sometimes. The I was asked if I was having a good day. Things just went downhill from there.
Too bad I can’t give more because picking up the van was the polar opposite in experience. Both people were very nice and cordial. The equipment was decent; nothing to remark.

Would not recommend renting a uhaul from this location. The staff gives off an I don't want to be here attitude. I called to get help with a mistake they made and the staff had no idea what to do, took my number down to call me back but never heard from them again. For your peace of mind, go anywhere else.

I only have it 2 stars cause I was sent there from another U-Haul place for boxes only to find out they only rent the trucks they don't sell uhaul items so I had to go to a 3rd U-Haul place but other then that it's ok

Terrible. We couldn’t get in on a Sunday during the time the gate was to be working. We didn’t owe anything but still couldn’t get in. We called the office and no one answered. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. The "store manager" is incompetent and the customer service is a disgrace and an embarrassment. I've had to call over 10 times in a week to try and resolve a situation due to the fact that they misrepresented the verbal contract that we agreed to . I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy.

Disoragnized and incompetent, rarely have a truck ready despite making reservations. Expect to wait half an hour for anything as there is rarely staff at the front. Staff are rude and refused serving me without a mask, even when i offered to pay outside. Stay away from this pack of ultra liberal governor wolf loving shutdown-loving mask police man-childs who are upset they lost their unemployment and have to back to work to make less.
