It’s a disgrace this “inside mall” is even open. Doors were locked from both outdoor entrances at 9:45AM. Needed to enter through Kohls to get to the nail salon. Then on top of it all, it was FRIGID inside the ‘mall’ that the nail salon has to have plastic up at their entrance. Kohls store manager went to see the “mall management” but nobody was there as they had the stairs barricaded that she couldn’t go up the stairs. BAD MALL AND MALL MANAGEMENT! 😡

I enjoy going there to hang out at Barnes & Noble‘s the Starbucks, at Ulta, the restaurants a great place to go.

Went to the Christmas store and what a disappointment. Hardly anything in there and what they did have was so overpriced. You can get better at the dollar store and Walmart

Locking the bathroom for a father with a newborn, forcing me to drive 20 min home to change him?! What a shame! It’s disgraceful!

Whitehall Mall had some life to today, especially with the opening of that Spirit Christmas which was absolutely a nut house today with its opening day !!!

The restrooms were clean and smelled fresh. The cleaning staff did their job regularly, which made a big difference in overall comfort.

It's a dead mall. The only thing good is when spirit halloween takes over for a couple of months each year. There's literally nothing to do here. Five below is OK, there's a flooring store now. Kohl's is still there.
Can't forget the awful pet store that is somehow still in business. This place just needs to be put out of its misery already.
