Went to this store to make changes to my account (upgrade to At&t's FirstNet program). I was given incorrect information in response, but still had changes made to my account. As a result I now have to speak with At&t customer service on the phone at least once a month to keep fixing issues that keep coming up despite being told every time they've been fixed. I wish I never walked into this location in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Went in to upgrade 2 phones and the sales associate said she was signing us up for all these discounts. She completely lied, everything she signed us up for has an additional charge each month. On top of that she put insurance on the phones without our permission. Would stay way from this location.

About a month ago, I went to AT&T with the intent of solely upgrading my iPhone. The sales associate presented the option to obtain the bundle, which included the iPhone, an iPad and an Apple Watch, at no additional cost. I asked the sales associate at least 4 times if there was actually no additional cost for the iPad and Apple Watch, and every time, she said “No”. I also mentioned how there being no additional cost sounded “too good to be true,” but the sales associate continued to affirm that my monthly bill would not increase. Fast forward a month, and the overall cost of my AT&T bill is currently $183 more than it was previously. After the deception and lies, I will no longer believe AT&T sales associates while purchasing their products.

“Miss bee” the store general is so rude and unprofessional.
I had a simple question and Miss Bee hung the phone up in my face.

Worst customer service I have experienced today at the MUNDY street location in W-B, PA.
I went in to pair my phone with my watch and reinstate my service in the phone - no sales… a simple thing that I needed help with. My son is going to the army and I don’t want to miss his call if I don’t hear my phone when he gets there on the weekend.
When I went to the store a woman was behind a small desk and the other staff were helping customers. I told her why I was there and she said I had to wait a few mins and that is fine. I waited inside and the told her my daughter (of age to be in a car alone), was outside so I would go sit with her for a little, because she didn’t want to come in (she was in her pjs)… I was out there for about 25 more minutes … I went back in the store and asked the woman how much longer - she said I had to wait my turn… I asked her if she could help
Me pair the watch, she said no. I asked to talk to A manager, she told me she was the manager … I told her I wasn’t happy with my service is there someone I can give a review to? She said if I want to give her a negative review she is having them
Pull the cameras on me??? For what ?? She said 30 mins is not a long wait time … pulling cameras… where is the customer service, like man, I apologize for the wait time let’s see what we can do to work this out … she told me she cannot assist me because she is the manager. AT&T doesn’t now allow managers to help customers - only staff can and I need to wait … again, this was not a sale… she said that is the policy of AT&T. I was shocked … I asked her if I could talk to someone higher up. She said no, she can’t relay any info to me. She told me to call 611 and they could help me with my watch too. She then told me she was done talking to me and to go call 611. At&t should be ashamed having someone in a manager position who represents their company and talks to clients like this. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. And if this policy about a manager is not allowed to show a customer how to pair a watch to the phone, and instead have the customer wait such a long time and get upset - there is def something wrong there. I would have to rate this site a 0, not because of the staff, because I had a positive experience there the day before purchasing a watch for my daughter, but because of the management - now that is a terrible shame. I won’t be visiting that store again- I will make the longer trip to the Scranton store, but I should not be forced to do that because of horrible treatment for a manager at the store.

Horrible customer service. Most of the employees think they are better than you which impacts their ability to properly serve us. Said they couldn't access my account because my ID was expired. When into the mall. But they were able to access my account. Either go to the mall or shavertown AT&T store.

Thank you!

AT&T failed to do the right thing! I have been being charged a family plan insurance package and a per line insurance fee making the insurance redundant. I caught this after doing a deep dive on my bill and found it went back at least 18 months. This added up to more than $1,000 in fees and AT&T thought an equitable solution was $120 credit. This isn’t how you should treat 20 plus year clients, shame on you AT&T!
