Get the warranty! Our printer broke and luckily when we purchased it we bought the geek squad warranty. Jon talked to us about printers and helped us pick out a new one.. he knows his stuff look for him

We are in the process of trying to get a refund on a computer, which was a Christmas present. The customer service we ended up with was a joke. We are not happy. Gonna drive to the store tomorrow, which always involves two round trips over a period of about three days. Hopefully, we will end up with a computer tech who, not only speaks English, but really understands what he/she is saying. I find that to be the case less and less frequently, when seeking on-line services.

Friendly, helpful, professional customer service. I get many high priced appliances here using their interest free financing. I also got a $100 gift card when I bought an unlocked Samsung Galaxy phone. I think Best Buy is a great place to shop.

I, unfortunately was in urgent need of a new washer. I was assisted by the manager on duty, Ed. He answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect replacement for my family. He was professional and courteous the whole interaction. I will no longer “shop around” since this experience tonight. 5 stars.

I was a customer service nightmare. Returning a kids laptop that toasted on Christmas Day. Liz was my return specialist, Ed is the Manager, yes it rose to that level. They faced a difficult situation. They found a solution that meet my needs and the store needs. Not easy but they didn’t give up. I train new hires for the number one automotive company in the works. Day one I explain our mission is to deliver the premier guest experience. A lofty goal Best Buy’s two employees lived up to on this day. They deserve recognition and treat them well, I would steal them in a heartbeat. Wilkes Barre, Pa store is better because of these two people.
