Claire's is a long-standing store for piercings and accessories. The experience varies by visit and location. Some find it a lovely and totally worth it experience, especially for ear piercings. Employees can be awesome, friendly, helpful, and very patient with scared children. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers many piercing earrings, using a small gun. They provide a cleaning solution and valuable coupons. However, service is inconsistent, as some employees are unhelpful, refusing assistance while distracted. The store's hours can also be unreliable, with unexpected closures.
My daughters and I love coming here. We find something every time. Lea is so nice.

Wanted to go to the Viewmont store, it was closed. On a Saturday!! Ended up going to the store, much better experience. They were open and it was clean.
