First experience pretty lousy! Called about opening a checking/savings was told I don’t need an appointment, even on a Saturday. Wanted to switch banks but apparently there is only one person who can open a checking/savings account at this branch and not there. While another lady was in an office at desk alone, seemed to be doing nothing!!! Very bad first encounter, so reconsidering this establishment!

So this institution was one of the ones available and close to do banking. Up front we were told no fees. Well .... After the first month, we were charged $1.00 and they called it an ATM fee. We didn't use a non cross valley ATM. So next month we didn't use the ATM at all and got charged a fee. When asked, we were told this is their monthly maintenance fee. Umm, no, we were told no fees. Please cancel the account. Apparently if you do so before 3 months, that is a $5 fee as well. None of this was told to us up front nor was it posted anywhere for transparency sake. This bank is greedy, seedy, and NOT a place your money will be safe. Avoid this institution of greed.

Always friendly and professional. A great team they have. I'm proud to be a long time member. I regularly go to Jaylene when she's not super busy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff at this CU. I highly recommend the CVFCU.

God awful bank, if you try to even think of making a purchase outside of a ten foot radius of your house it'll be declined. When traveling, some of the workers ask for exact time frames when the card will be used in a state, such an unrealistic thing to predict, maybe i'll be hungry or need gas or hit traffic at a different time than i expect. They often ask me what the purchase is for when taking money out of my account or raising a debit cards' limit for the day. Who's business is it? Not theirs! If I wanted to blow $10,000 at a strip club or on a donate it to charity it's none of their business and I strongly recommend never using this bank at any location. It's like having a nosy mother hold on to your money. Not to mention their attitudes stink, you can tell who the old and new employees are, the new employees at least act like they want to be there while the older employees act like you're a burden.

Never a more incompetent bank. I was supposed to be sent my card for my account 10 days ago and they never sent it. I have had more access to my money thanks to this and have to transfer money, which they only allow 5 times a month before they charge, or how to the bank which normal people who work can only make it there on Saturdays one of my few days off. The customer service is atrocious because they could honestly care less.
