Terrible service at this pharmacy. The customer service employee had a rude and completely inappropriate attitude. He showed no interest in helping or respect for customers. Very unprofessional for a chain of this category. I do not recommend this place if you are looking to be treated with respect and kindness

Was in the middle of getting my prescription order asking a couple questions the lady behind the counter cut me off and told me come back later or call and she can finish helping they were closing to go on lunch….very unprofessional especially for a pharmacy and helping people with questions about their medications

Well for the most part the waiting is horrible they take the time doing everything rude and let me just say short with a person. Some rolling of the eyes if I call and ask for my prescription to be filled they tell me no wait till you get there and then there is 12 people in line with four people standing around doing nothing and so I got to wait possibly an hour when they tell me my stuff is ready and they won't even expedite it or start it until you walk in the store... even though the app tells you it's ready..I've been leaving messages they don't call me back. It's a mess

Horrible experience everytime my mom needs her meds that she needs on a daily basis for her M.S. They go on lunch at the same time, and tried to tell my mother that something is her fault when it says on the cvs website that it's their responsibility. Super basic drug store with a cheap and dirty look to it too, matches the rest of the town.

It's a super basic CVS, nothing special whatsoever. If you have the ability to go elsewhere like to Kingston, it's a way better general experience. Upon arrival you can see how filthy the parking lot is which basically matches the general area here. That doesn't get like this overnight either. First impressions matter.

Didn’t know physical intimidation from a pharmacist was legal but in this location, it’s fine. Went in to pick up a prescription. The man at the counter kept saying he was “afraid of payment” and kept implying he didn’t trust me so he refused to even order $50 of medicine for me until we prepaid. I then tried handing them my insurance card and they refused to take it repeatedly, saying they already had my insurance info from an old company 4 years ago even though I changed insurance since then to a new company so CVS would be running my prescriptions under an old policy no longer in use. When I went to leave the counter, they closed the metal gate behind me, seemingly locking me into the pharmacy area even though I had a receipt and paid for my order. I didn’t know a pharmacist was legally allowed to physically intimidate customers. I later found out it’s illegal to ask for prepayment like this so we reported this location to the PA Department of Health and Department of Insurance who have opened an investigation into this location. I called their corporate Hr department and reported everything that happened and transferred my future prescriptions to another pharmacy. My advice is stay away from this branch if you don’t want to be treated like a criminal, asked to prepay because they don’t trust you to pay for your items tomorrow when they come in, and they will literally bring down the metal gate to lock you in even though you have a receipt for everything you just paid for. I know this branch is in a bad section of town but it seems the real criminals are not the customers, but the staff behind the counter.

I had a wonderful experience at the store. The store manager is great. He is kind and beyond helpful. He told me about the extra care savings program. I was able to get signed up for the program during my shopping trip. Thank you sir for a great experience you’re a huge asset to the company!

Everything is locked and only one person working but behind the register, so you can't get anyone to unlock the items you're trying to purchase. A literal $3 item behind a lock. The store is dirty, service is horrible. 0/10, couldn't recommend less.
