Abs worst location and workers !!! Go to scranton location .. their employee put my sweatpants in as a didfernt thing on my receipt they tried saying basically its not on the receipt and all this when I was there an hour before they were too small I wanted an even exchange no money and they made us feel like we didn't pay for it and they had to look through everything like we were lying cause their employee messed up then they were rude . Worst location ever .

I visited Dick’s Sporting Goods about two weeks ago. I am interested in buying two bicycles so I went to the department of bikes. I spend about 30 minutes looking at the bikes and many employees passed by us, saw us but not one of them stop to acknowledge us. No one greeted us or ask if we needed assistance.We came back a week later, this time we hade the same reaction. Many employees pass by us and no acknowledgement. This time I press the buttons to get helped. An employee come out from the back room and ask if we needed help however he had a nasty attitude. Was speaking very loudly and acted as if we were bothering him. He explained he is the one in charge of the bicycle department and this was not pleasant for us.We decided to come back one more time and today we had a completely different experience from before because everyone was pleasant, polite, and greeted us upon seeing us. Employee asked if we needed help, and it was a pleasure speaking with Tim. He answered all our questions. had a pleasant attitude and gave us a better experience at Dick’s. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 2 based on today.

They advertise Hunting supplies but this store does not cary anything hunting related. Walking the store, it's in rough shape almost tipped over cardboard piles in the isle and if you try to walk around the fishing section there are racks of clothing just pushed randomly blocking the isles. What up Dick's??

Went to the store to purchase a golf jacket once there went to the register and was told that It was not the one that was online for sale . Was told there was 2 others in the store that were on sale and an associate would get them for me . The associate looked and couldn’t find them. The staff did not do anything to help fix the situation of the misplacement of their products .

They had the cast iron griddle I was looking for plus the river tube cooler . That is hard to find. And at a reasonable price.

$50 for a $20 basketball..... Shop online or go literally anywhere else unless you're looking to be ripped off.

Shopped the golf department and I was surprised on the number of empty shelves. Empty racks for golf clubs and limited number of putters. You might think they were going out of business. Update 04/2022. Watch out for the "Pink Tax". Shopping for a golf bag for my wife and noticed the smaller pink golf bag was more expensive than the slightly larger blue men's golf bag of the same brand and model.
