They allowed me to bring the replacement screen that I purchased after my b/f determined the parts were too small for him to work on. It was only $50. They had my phone looking as good as new. However, when the screw was “buggy” he wouldn’t give it a second look. He said since I didn’t use one of their screens that’s that. So buyer beware. I got a new phone anyway and I’m giving the old phone to my friend’s kid. He’s thrilled so I’ll still give them 3 stars for effort I guess.

Appreciative of their honesty. My phone stopped taking a charge on all of the charging cords I had at home and I was convinced I needed a new phone battery. They told me nothing was wrong with the phone itself and showed me that it was fast charging in the store with one of their cords. A repair would have been much more expensive than just buying a new adapter and cord so I appreciate the honesty. Not just trying to make a quick buck here.

Highly recommend!! Fixed my ipad with a shattered screen for less than the “other guys” charge AND had it repaired within hours!! I will never go back to the others again. FixAll is the only place I’ll go.

This is an amazing place my i-pad got the frame bent and the screen cracked they fixed it in under 1 hour and was under 200$ staff was amazing and very kind I highly recommend this place if your in need of phone repair.

Had a charging port that wouldn’t allow a charge without bending and breaking the charger, instead of telling me it needed to he changed for a 90$ fee. He asked to try and clean it himself first. Took two minutes and the service was free of charge. Highly reccomend
