The Geek Squad associate is an outstanding asset to the company. A clerk was smart, kind and respectful and fixed a phone issue in 10 min with 1 call to the phone company and 2 visits to stores. The service was personable and had great attention to issue. They got called at the appointment time and had a line wait of 15 minutes. Only a complaint is there should be seating while the infirm and elderly wait for service. They had knowledge on phone, computer and stuff things and are recommended.

This is a specific thank you to Seth on the Geek Squad. We visited on 7/24/2026 with a computer issue. We did not have an appointment, but when we approached the counter and explained the issue Seth was able to diagnose and correct the problem on the spot. Excellent customer service, THANK YOU!!

The clerk was outstanding. Fixed an issue I had with my phone that 1 call to phone company and 2 visits to stores couldn't fix. And it only took him 10 min. WOW
