The Geek Squad associate is an outstanding asset to the company. A clerk was smart, kind and respectful and fixed a phone issue in 10 min with 1 call to the phone company and 2 visits to stores. The service was personable and had great attention to issue. They got called at the appointment time and had a line wait of 15 minutes. Only a complaint is there should be seating while the infirm and elderly wait for service. They had knowledge on phone, computer and stuff things and are recommended.

The clerk was outstanding. Fixed an issue I had with my phone that 1 call to phone company and 2 visits to stores couldn't fix. And it only took him 10 min. WOW
