Strongly advise you not to go here. The staff are ignorant, the place smells like piss, wait times are off the wall. I went in to urgent care at 203 and registered to be seen, and left at 6 o clock because they were taking people that came after me, before me. And when i asked questions like how many people are ahead of me, i have to pee and dont want to miss my name, or i came back from bathroom, no seats and had to stand over by the lab so i wanted to make sure i was going to be seen.. they kept giving me different numbers. 4, 6, 3 , 4 so i asked, why does it keep changing, I'm sick too? Ive been in since 2! They told me i wasnt registered, and i have to go to another section to get registered, i said i was registered. They told me that woman left for the day. It has to get be redone so as i was standing at the next section, re registering- the lady from the urgent care window comes over and tells the woman, anyone that comes in wothout an appointment can not be seen, we are at max. So I was sent away and told to make an appointment next time i can go to the emergency room. They just now, an hour later wrote a note in my chart from the "patient portal -"Patient left without being seen" . Save your time and energy, go somewhere else.

If I could leave no stars I would. The treatment this facility is awful. It's been 2 days and I'm still waiting for a dr/nurse to call me back. As a t1d is this absolutely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with patient advocate line and calling a lawyer since I'm forced to go to e.r for basic care my dr could handle. Absolutely disgusting their treatment of patients no wonder all the drs are leaving

I have ptsd and severe anxiety, Community Care has only exacerbated the condition. When I attempted to talk to them about a Hippa complaint they informed me they would call the police on me. I have it all on video. This place has me in fear and they are supposed to be my medical drs. I have never had such an experience with health in my life

Great experience start to finish in and out. The strong Desk staff, nurse, and physician were fast friendly and sufficient

This place provides terrible care and felt like a DHS holding facility. They don't give you a diagnosis and don't answer the phone. I received a cryptic letter in the mail. I was told to see two other doctors, and I still have no idea about my diagnosis. This Urgent Care has no clue of its intended purpose. The only thing that was offered was wasted time and money.

The security guard is so annoying always asking people if they have they mark and when they reply no he be like bring one next time , just give us a mask it’s not mandatory no more so a lot of people don’t walk around with mask on them , like is he buying the mask out of pocket ?

Wait 3-4 hours because Geisinger doesn't have anywhere for children to be seen with less wait or appointments. Hate this place! Also they ignore phone calls on lunch and are a hassle to get notes for school. My son has a doctor upstairs that he literally can't see!

The Doctors are absolutely horrible, rude and ignorant. My 10 year old dropped over 20lbs in less than 2 months- we went to the pediatrician and she completely blew us off saying my daughter was fine. I expressed my fears that my daughter had an eating disorder since she dropped from 101 to 79! She just said for her to eat more and nothing else. Fast forward a month later and my child was admitted to CHOP due to severe anorexia (dropping down to 66lbs) for 2 weeks! We are leaving this clinic and going to a different office. Kistler Clinic is horrible!

Is it Normal to have to wait more than 70DAYS to be seen as a new patient for pediatrics? Had an appointment for the 31st of October. I was called at the beginning of that week saying they have to change the appointment that was set from the BEGINNING of October ! Now I’m told we will have to wait to the 31st of Jan

BIG SCAM!!!! If I could give a zero here I would. My wife goes it says xray's until 4:30 the person was walking out door at 4 and would not take x-ray. My daughter goes for a sore throat you don't need medical training to see she had a sore throat and they wanted her to go to ER. This is a money racquet they did not even swab her. This place is a joke Med-Express is way better. Geisinger should be ashamed of themselves and not only will I be putting bad review on here I will find out where I have to go to complain about medical facilities that are a money racquet. they proceed to tell my daughter that she may have a growth in her throat that she really should go to ER. There is no growth Med-Express gave medicine TY Med Express. Stay away from this place as they will charge you and then make you go to ER and get charged again. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Dr Tequila Manning; literally the worst bedside manner known to humankind. If you’re looking for compassionate care, look elsewhere. When someone isn’t feeling well, your job as a provider, no matter how challenging the situation, is to stay professional and nonjudgmental. She’s incapable of either of these. Do yourself a favor and find ANYWHERE else to go for your care
