“I've gone to this gym a few times and it will become my main gym in January. The staff has been very nice, attentive and knowledgeable. For the hours I've gone there has been under 20 people there which is nice. I don't going when there is a lot of people. All the gym-goers are polite and mind their own (I thought it would be the opposite). Everything has been clean and well kept. (Their paper towel dispencers need an upgrade tho ?)”
“Our son recently started coming here thanks to the special needs program James has started.James and Kristi genuinely care about helping our son stay active!Highly recommend this place for any families seeking ways to help their children get more active!”

“Very big facility with lots to offer. Large pool for laps with several lanes. Hot large ja uzzi and a steam room. Basket ball court whi h is full size for multiple pick up games. Boxing area including 2 working speed bags, multiple heavy bags, a timer and a fo us bag. Lots of weight equipment both old and new. Bikes and all types of classes . Seem to have everything here but it's expensive. $20.00 per day when other gymsharge near that a month.”
“This place is a great supportive environment. Folks that have been in therapy find a home here to explore their new capabilities and manage a regular exercise program again. I’m doing things now in my 50s that I didn’t think were possible again. The group exercise programs are challenging but structured in a way to prevent injury. You can warm up on your own and stretch after . It’s still your choice to bounce a ball in your face or choose a box that’s too high to jump on to but it’s part of the plan to find your boundaries in a safer environment than cross fit xyz or at your own peril. Plus there’s periodic funevents that challenge everyone like St Paddy’s Day She nanigans. I think I found the magic sauce here.”
