Great selection. Great clearance selection too. Good to average prices. Nice people but always waiting so long in line. I feel like there is always just 1 person left to fend for themselves.

The store is always clean and most of the workers are friendly and helpful. The prices for the quality is pretty good as well.

Really impressed with my experience today at the Wyoming Valley Mall H&M. I needed some guidance finding a business casual outfit. Rachel assisted me for a half hour recommending different options and really has an eye for men's style. She was kind and professional and I was grateful for her assistance. The manager was also warm and friendly. Thank you!

I get my sons clothing here, (he's a year old). It's definitely hit or miss as they have more clothing for girls. Some things are a little over priced, but the quality is great. Just wish they would put more of the boys product in this store.

The is the nicest H&M store I have ever been to. And I know that to be true as I overheard many other customers say the same.An associate named Summer helped me today. She was sunburned in multiple places from a recent trip to Florida, they have H&Ms, and still helped me find what I was looking for with the most positive attitude. Great customer service here in the Wilkes Barre!!
