I just spent an hour on the phone with @Metropcs trying to unlock my Father's phone from he purchased from there, and apparently you cannot unless it's been 180 days after purchase. Which means they still own rights to the phone YOU paid for. This should be illegal. ?

These people are crook and will to take advantage of anybody that do not pay attention.

Do Not!!! I Repeat Do Not!!! GO to this store unless you enjoy getting robbed and made to feel VERY COMFORTABLE! METRO PCS NEEDS TO HAVE MORE SECRET SHOPPERS EXPLORE THESE CROOKDED MOM AMD POP STORES.I WAS CHARGED OVER $100 IN EXTRA FEES AND FORCED TO BUY A BUNDLE THAT WAS ALL A LIE!!! THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP. Well this is kind of weird started good luck with your job there Stephanie g honestly I hope you do well it's not your fault you are awesome I wasn't able to actually Port my number I had to go over to straight talk so now I can't actually use T-Mobile™ money because I do longer have a T-Mobile™ line that actually is a qualifying requisite for using their banking service so by by T-Mobile Money™ and that 4% interest on my qualifying monthly deposits.

Disappointing service to say the least. Very unprofessional environment dealing with the workers they immediately try to mislead and confuse me calling back on separate occasions they have the music playing so loud in the background I could not hear them. They didn't even turn it down when I told him I couldn't hear them.

Came an hour before they're close time is listed on online, three employees with a dumbfounded blank look on their face just stood staring at me through the locked door.... This is the 3rd time they were closed early.

I would give no stars if possible but worst,most ignorant employees there's 1 or 2 that are ok (well bearable) many many times HAD to deal with them and I really think they hate themselves and take it out on customers been with them for 4 years now and HATE going to this location and not one person I talk to in my circle go there they would drive out of the way just not to go there the owners really need to clean this one up

Some of the staff are nice,others don't care to help it seems..and it would be nice for thm to change their open or closing times.Since I went there and they were closed 40 min early!! Smh
