In the past I purchased 3 new Honda Odyssey's from MotorWorld. I had an appointment today for 4PM to get my 4th. They called and said it just got off the truck on Wed night and asked if we can come in Friday. When I got there after a 30 mile drive our salesman JD said it was already sold. We we very upset since we were looking forward to getting our new van today. JD brought over his manager who did not even try to help us find another van and just walked away. I would not recommend anyone to Motor World after what happened to us.

I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Civic from Motor World Honda. It was the best car buying experience I have experienced . There was no pressure from Tyler White my sales rep. He was helpful and efficient. He was willing to answer all my questions no matter how simple they appeared. He showed me what I wanted to see and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t want. Justin in finance was just as helpful. I was really impressed with the time he took and focused on me and my purchase. I was more than pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Motor World Honda.

This is automall where all the car brands are bundled under one umbrella for the convince of customers instead of driving distances for the brand of car. One can go from one car brand to another without walking out of a building. Abraham helped me greatly with the new car. Thank you!

Excellent experience , do not waste your time like I did, going from one dealer to another . Start right here @ Motor World Wilkes Barre and ask for Denny Fernandez , that's your man right there . He went above and beyond to get me approved , he was so patience w me , I was turned down by other dealers including Matt Burne ( that told me honda denied me) and Denny got me approved by Honda the same day . Denny (and Financial Manager ), Thank you so much . I really appreciate all your hard work ...

Josua Salvaterra and his team were exemplary in guiding us throughout the process. I will highly be recommending them to my circle of friends who want a vehicle either new or used. Kudos!

Spent a week trying to get information for rear differential maintenance on a 2019 pre-certified Honda Ridgeline that was just bought from MW. The truck is used for towing, and the manual states if you regularly tow you should have the maintenance done at 7500 miles, then every 15k miles. I called to inquire about when this should be done since the truck was never serviced for this maintenance and was being used for towing. Their service department said a manger would call me back, but they never did. Eventually I ended up getting a service rep to talk to a service advisor, and they ended up providing vague information and asked if I wanted to schedule the service. I ended up calling a different dealer and they took 5 minutes to answer the questions I had while also doing follow-up questions in regard to towing. MotorWorld Honda felt like a 3rd party repair shop in contrast. When the truck was bought they also justified charging nearly 1k over what the bank was saying the truck was worth by saying all the maintenance was already done, but the first thing that is being paid for isn't the payment for the loan but maintenance. The Detailer at MW also damaged the plastic on the truck because they were too lazy to tape the plastic when they were waxing the truck. This resulted in the outside plastic looking faded and worn-out on a 4 year old truck. They ended up doing a touch-up, but also ended up scratching the passenger side door.I've also called and left a voicemail for Shelley, but never heard back.

I drove 45 minutes one way to go to Motor World Honda this past Wednesday morning. I had been in contact through email with a sales representative. Went in looking for him and he was off and was told he would be back Friday which was fine since I had planned on returning Friday to buy the car I liked. I was helped by a different salesman. He took me to look at the Accord Hybrids I was interested in and allowed me to test drive it around the parking lot. We went back to his desk. I asked for the asking price of the two I liked. He wanted to do an appraisal on my trade in. He took down all my information and then took my keys and left. This is when my visit went south. I waited for an hour and when he finally came back he apologized for how long it took. I was annoyed but was understanding. Asked him about the asking price again for the two Accords I was interested in. He left again and on his way his appointment arrived and he proceeded to talk with the appointment for a while. I was annoyed but understood he had an appointment and I was a walk in. He finally left the sales room. He returned 30 minutes later with nothing. Apologized and asked if I could wait a few more minutes. I said sure but I needed to go soon. He said ok and went out and started talking to his next appointment. He left the sales floor. He returned 15 minutes later with nothing again. I told him I needed to leave in 15 minutes he asked if I would wait a few more minutes. I told him 15. 15 minutes came and went. Nothing. I walked out. After 3 hours all I got was a test drive not a single number. I got an automated email later that evening from the sales manager asking to bring my car in for an appraisal. I responded with what happened never heard back. The original salesman contacted me Friday afternoon asking if I wanted to come in. I told him I was there Wednesday morning and what happened. He replied with no one told him I was there Wednesday. He asked if I could drive back to get my vehicle appraised and I told him they already appraised it and never gave me any numbers. He didn’t have anything about my vehicle in the system. He asked if he could do anything to earn my business. I told him I was not sure since they already wasted 3 hours of my time. That was the last I heard from them. Long story short if you like your time wasted go to Motor World Honda.

Leased a 2020 Civic in June of 2020, got a great deal and was happy with the car- until it was time for my lease to end. They called me every single day for 3 months straight saying they could get me a great deal if I traded in my lease early. That deal being “please put a $1,000 deposit down on a car that you can’t see because we don’t have any civics on the lot and it’s not the color you want and it also won’t be in for 6 more weeks”. I feel bad for the sales reps because Motorworld is just setting them up for failure. I ended up going to another local dealer who got me the exact car I wanted (no deposit down to hold and it came in in 3 days!) for the price point I wanted with absolutely ZERO haggle. If I have any advice- you should shop around before going to Motorworld. Also, I’ve had my new car for 3 months now and they are still calling and emailing me about my old car after I have already told them multiple times I went somewhere else!

Staff extremely courteous and efficient. BJ is excellent and caring. She kept me posted at all times regarding work in process. I appreciated video sent to my phone as mechanic reviewed what was needed. Everything handled very well.

There's a reason we just purchased our fourth Honda from MotorWorld. We have always been treated well by everyone, from their sales reps to the people in their business office. Never any pressure, which is appreciated. Yesterday we drove off with our new CR-V and couldn't be happier. Thank you to our salesman David, as well as Dave in the business office. A great team all around helps to create a great car shopping experience!

To much time wasted going backAnd forth on price. Would prefer a dealer who has bottom price right away. Spent to much time at dealer buying car. Has to be a better way.

Cross-posted from MotorOne review:Went to look at a used purple 2022 Honda Civic and we (agent and I) agreed on a 30k price point. He also slipped in that he was cleared to sell me a different, newer gray model at MSRP (cool). Right before payment, the agent proceeded to tell me we didn’t agree on the 30k price point for the older model, and instead agreed on the newer model at MSRP - this is not what I wanted and over 2k higher than the older model. When I called out the bait and switch his manager jargon-bombed me and made me feel like I should be thankful for a different car at MSRP.TL;DR classic bait and switch - snake-y dealerships do snakey-things.

My fiancé needed a new car after his 2006 Saturn finally called it quits. We met with Rich Engelman who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. It was my fiancé’s first time buying a new car so naturally he had a lot of questions, and Rich answered all of them confidently and with great knowledge. When I need a new car I’ll absolutely be going back to see Rich! Thank you to the whole MotorWorld Honda team.

I had one of the best sales rep in my entire time getting into a new car hands down. Jim Haynes is my go to guy! He was very honest with me and give me many options to getting the ridgeline. I feel like I was family as soon as I entered the building. If I could, I’d give Jim and the entire MotorWorld crew 10 stars. I like how the finance broke it down Barney style so I had no doubts about anything I was signing myself up for. I will continue to shop at motor world Honda and recommend anyone to give them a try, I guarantee you’ll be glad you did!

My recent experience at Motor World Honda couldn't have been better. My salesman, Rich, was extremely helpful from start to finish. I feel comfortable knowing any questions or concerns I have will be taken care of in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Motor World Honda!
