I checked in for my order online in the app and called to confirm they were coming out. Waited almost 10 minutes and saw someone come out take a quick glance and go right back inside with my order. I decided to go in with my 3 very little kids to be met with attitude on where I parked and I wasn’t in the right spot. I will not use curbside again.

Stated was open but when you go there it’s closed even when the hours are starting it should be open. No note nothing to state why it’s not open 5 people walked away from the store. Every one of them was ?

My friends and I were looking around and while we were leaving my one friend accidentally dropped something. He picked it up and he asked my friend "are you making a mess back there?" He said "no, we dropped something and we picked it up." The employee then told my friend "get the f*ck out."

What happened to this place i used to get everything here including my funko pops best deal in town I might add now looks like the owner is letting it go empty so one day they will close down empty empty and more empty shelves

It was just ok. Not much of a party selection for Mickey Mouse which is iconic. The balloons are super expensive. Had 2 mickey head balloons pop at the seam within 10 mins of leaving the store. The employees replaced them but by the time we got from Wilkes Barre to Hazleton one of the replacements had deflated. At 10 dollars a balloon it was upsetting. You can drop a small fortune in there in a very short amount of time. Not really budget friendly.
