Made appointment online then called for price of service I needed done because there’s no prices on website. Went there and was told they couldn’t install tires because 33” tires won’t fit on their machine. And also can only do alignment on stock tire sizes. Maybe put that on your website instead of wasting peoples time. And prices on your website would be helpful also

Over 5 hours for a state inspection. They forgot about my truck. Then 3 hours later was told they were putting stickers on my truck… 45 minutes later the guy comes out and said the stickers were for a different vehicle and that my truck needed breaks and rotors…..

Terrible, I only went for 4 new tires and left paying $855 for their negligence, they don't know how to do their job and they don't recognize it.

First day did not honor schedule appointment time I had to reschedule to the next day then on the next day, it took over two hours to get a state inspection when the vehicle needed nothing very unsatisfied.

Waited over 3 hours for an OIL CHANGE, no communication from staff, no updates on the website. Estimated pick up time was 3pm, they didn't even start working on my car until 3, another 45 minutes goes by and the guy finally calls me up to check out. The whole time he is entering the information he's watching TIKTOKS on his phone while I impatiently wait.
Had I known it would take so long, I would have asked to come back when they were ready to actually work on my car.. ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be coming here again. Nor do I recommend this place for any reason.

I was getting my state inspections, I called a ride to so I didn’t have to wait. I walked my dog around the lot and found a tackle box I had in my trunk empty in the lot. When I confronted the staff they told me I was lying and the cameras were not working. Terrible shop don’t trust them. They have had employees steal & be convicted in the past.

Traveling on business/pleasure it was time for service on my vehicle. I called day before, and set up appointment for 9:00 the next day.
Service went well, and recommended 2 tires. Using Michelin makes it tough sometimes, but they had tires!
Very pleased with the whole experience.
Great service, great price, and very quick.

I recently got my car tires checked due to losing air in the extreme cold. They found nothing wrong and no charge. Very friendly.
