The manager nicole is heartless I'm standing out with my number waiting to be called like every one else I drove 3 hours to get here while waiting outside I asked if I could release my bladder I was told no so its either pee your pants or lose your spot when your number is called after driving 3hours is insane she is a terrible person no compassion for people at all

the same people get in early everyday because they are paying the security to call their numbers, and management is not doing anything to stop it (I wonder why???) they are having their friends get in early now too

Do not expect a fair experience with the "lottery" ticket pulls. Theres people who have been coming for months - years every single day and cannot get in top 5 but yet the same people get in once or twice a week top 5. It really is crazy that this goes unnoticed. How many times can the manager and staff watch the same people walk in top 5 daily and not care at all? Unless youre paying someone do not waste your time coming here.

How is it even possible that this location is even considered a store? Closed on the weekends, open 4 days a week, only for a few hours a day. How TF am I supposed to pick up my purchase??? I cant even cancel my order. Meanwhile SAKS has my money and my item. I should have gone directly to the designers website and skipped the tacky middleman completely.

I used to love shopping at Saks but will never shop there again.I recently ordered a bottle of perfume online. When I received the box in the mail, I thought it felt light…when I opened it, it was an empty box with just the packing slip/receipt inside!I’ve now contacted Saks three times. They have said that I am not entitled to a refund. Another employee named Jason said that I have no “evidence.”So I looked up the FedEx info and perfume info. I discovered that that bottle of packaged perfume weighs 0.7 lbs. The cardboard box it arrived in was 12x10x4 inches, which based on online estimate, is 0.456 lbs. Which should total 1.156 lbs. However the FedEx shipping info says that the entire shipment weighs 0.7 lbs. Clearly something is missing from that box. I presented this info to Saks and was told that I should just call my bank to cancel the transaction!!! Well guess what, I called American Express and they would not cancel the charge because the package was successfully delivered! An empty package!!!!I am a physician. I am not a professional perfume thief. And I will no longer be shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue or using/renewing my American Express.Saks will probably respond to this and say—send us your email, name, and order number. I’ve now done that 3 times, and have filed multiple claims. I just want a refund.

My experience was incredibly disappointing. In spite of the good deals I will absolutely never come to this store again. Not only is there obvious favoritism with customers. Management is a joke. The shorter lady who seems to be the manager clearly makes up her own rules, why can’t I change my mind on a purchase? I’m then FORCED to buy everything or be banned??? Absolutely disgusting to see how SAKS allows the manager to talk customers in such a patronizing way. It’s disturbing.

Nicole and her staff are wonderful! I have been there many times, and the drawings to get in are more than fair. It is tough controlling the crowd and keeping everyone safe, but Nicole knows how it's done! You can't make everybody happy. I found some great deals here. Highly recommend!

I purchased a pair of Dolce & Gabbana shoes on-line from Saks 5th Avenue. My wife removed one shoe from the box and decided she didn't like the style. She never tried them on and did not remove any of the wraping and I promptly returned them the next day. A few weeks later, out of the blue, with no communication, they bounced back to me with a note inside stating "inspection has deemed this item is not in saleable condition; it has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. No defect found." None of this is true. It was not worn, washed damaged or altered! We barely touched one shoe to look at it. I actually had to sign when FedEx delivered them back to me. I immediately called the 877 # to try to remedy the situation. The agent was actually very nice instructing me to email him pictures of the shoes. I did this while on hold and he looked at the pictures and agreed the shoes looked fine. He said he would email me a return label but ran into a roadblock saying there was nothing he could do. I politely asked to speak with a supervisor. He eventually came back saying he was going to have FedEx pick them up from my address. So, I finally got this resolved but the hassle and accusation were definitely not worth it. They implied I was being dishonest by returning a damaged product. Let's just say they were damaged to begin with, would I still be responsible? Their form letter doesn't specify exactly what was wrong. Take a good look at their web site - there is no option to communicate with them other than chat which was completely useless in my case. I can honestly say I will never shop Saks again. Would anyone blame me?

Ordered 2 designer belts from OFF SAKS but I only received one belt. When I called, they denied my claim and would not refund me the $257. Now I am with no belt and out of pocket hundred of dollars. I will never shop with this company again as they think it’s ok to steal from their customers. So unfortunate that they have such terrible customer service! BUYER BEWARE!!!

The store is rigged. The same few people get in everyday in the top 5. The security guard who draws the numbers so it can be random, definitely lets the same few people in first so they can get the best merchandise. I have been to the morning raffle more than a dozen times and each time there is easily over 100 people so there should be no way the same people make top 5. On top of that, working for the company in the warehouse is awful. I wouldn’t recommend working or shopping here.

I have traveled to this store many times and my review is not so much for the management and employees who I find are doing their best in a chaotic environment. Some of the customers can be horrific as seen by the insulting, raceist and ageist reviews on this site! I'm appalled by the fact that someone who does not have the luck of the numbers elicits this kind of vitriol. Perhaps this Karma is the reason?

Closed today 3/14/23 for less than 1 inch of snow on the ground. The only STORE I know that closes for snow! I bet the Bala Cynwyd store is open today. What a joke!

Well, a day again shopping at the Saks Company Store! Finest store for great prices! We bought so much for our family, as always. Hats off to Nicole amazing person as the manager! Clean, neat, and organized this establishment. Also, friendly workers!
