I have gone to the Wilkes Barre store several times to get Sephora eye shadows Again the display remained empty and they did not know when they would be getting the merchandise today I went to another town Dickson city and went into their Sephora another Empty display Maybe you should close your stores and only do online for people that do online shopping I’m not one

I Had an awesome experience at Sephora at Kohl’s last week. The staff member, Matt Rokitko, was extremely polite, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable about the product lines for specific facial items that I was looking for to improve my skin. Thank you Matt! Because of your wonderful personality and my experience, i will continue to buy specific products from SEPHORA.

Went into Sephora looking for skincare products and Matt helped me, he was the best! He seemed very knowledgeable and was super friendly. Amazing customer service!

I’m truly not sure why Sephora even bothered partnering with Kohls. This location is particularly useless. They don’t offer samples. Most products aren’t in stock (even though they are listed as in stock online). The excuse I was told is because “we had that stuff stolen so it isn’t immediately updated”. They also can’t place in store orders for you for items they don’t have in stock. Honestly, what can they do that I couldn’t have just done myself online?? Totally useless store with totally useless sales people. Sephora inside JCP was managed MUCH better. This place is laughable at best.

went to buy coffee maker. only items with prices marked were $200 and up. found two items probably in my price range but unable to find associate for assistance. (this all occurred between 530 and 600pm. ). took the item to the check out and all check outs were closed!!! no one there at all, no sign redirecting customers elsewhere. never again!

walked into Kohl's today. all the dressing rooms for the men were closed. they've suggested that my 10-year-old son use one of the female dressing rooms.
also the store is a mess. and everything was not very organized. I know it's doing a pandemic, but at least have one dressing room for men opened
