Pretty bad when you go to checkout and you have a manager ignore you to proceed to have an argument with an associate out in the open in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Never shopping here again!(added after response from “owner”….typical response from a company that obviously does not care. You guys are a joke!!)

I went to Staples to buy copier paper. It was on sale and associate told me that if I bought a case of 5 packs, I'd save even more money.

"I had a terrible experience at Staples in Wilkes-Barre on 9/22/24. Both Olivia and another female employee were extremely unprofessional and completely unhelpful. When I asked about same-day business cards, they refused to offer any assistance, despite the website clearly stating this is a service they provide. I even offered to send an email confirming that I’d accept the cards as is, just to get my information printed, but they refused unless I was physically present. When I called back to ask if I could at least email a Word document for 20 simple copies, Olivia rudely said no without any explanation. How can a store that promises same-day business cards refuse to make basic copies? The customer service was horrible, and I am left frustrated and disappointed. Absolutely unacceptable!"
Not to mention that they are costing me a lot of money because I won't be able to give my information at a marketing event.

The Worst Business Experience I ever had.They misprinted important papers,badly, wrong words,misspellings...gave them another chance to reprint,it was 3 times worse.Staples Does NOT care about quality or customer satisfaction.they offered $25 coupon after I'm our $120

To Alyssa the supervisor/manager?
You have poor customer service. If you are a miserable person that is fine, be miserable. But please find employment where you don't have to provide customer service people who are spending money in staples. In this economy you should be grateful that customers are patronizing brick and morter stores.
Amazon is easy and convenient and always have great customers service. Trust I will use them instead and I advise other to do so as well.

I feel like if nothing was wrong the young blond associate wouldn’t have been covering her name tag and getting as aggressive. Darius at the front also declined to give me her name.

I recently visited the Wilkes-Barre Staples store and purchased cartridges for my printer. The sales associate was very helpful, and I sincerely appreciated her assistance.

Garbage customer service. Just needed to drop off a bag for ups. No one even talked to me for 10 min as one person typed on computer and other adjusted displays.
No wonder they re going under .

Could not place an order online as Staples would not accept a legal address.
Address that is on my license is 84 1/2 Plymouth Street Rear, Edwardsville, PA 18704.
I went to the store and was able to use it there and have the item delivered to the store.
I was supposed to receive an email stating when it arrived at the store. I never got an email about delivery. At 7 pm the day of the delivery I check the Fedex tracking number and found that it had been delivered to the store around 10 AM. Once I got to the store I had to wait 20 minutes for a clerk. She had to look for the shipment has it had not been checked in by anyone. Also using the same address even in the store Staples would not accept an online order for my wife. So I'm not sure I will be doing any more business with Staples.
