Had so many issues with T Mobile. Cost me over 400$ to switch back to Verizon. Store clerks seem to be not very knowledgeable as to the products T Mobile sells. One guy seems to run the show as other clerks constantly need to check with him for so many things. Plan to spend time here.

BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I had read other reviews before I went into this store, since sadly it appears I'm not the only one to have a bad experience. I don't normally leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I hope this might protect someone else down the line...I dealt with the manager, Tim, from the get-go. I had Verizon service but my phone broke and some friends told me T-Mobile had great offers for new phones when you switch. I was hesitant, because I live in the country and for years Verizon was the only carrier to provide good service where I live. When I started asking Tim questions about the coverage, he was extremely nice & helpful. He pulled up a map showing our area and assured me we would have good service. He also said that there was a risk-free, 10 day trial. If we tried the service, if we weren't satisfied, as long as we cancelled everything within 10 days it "wouldn't cost us a thing". That may be the biggest lie I was ever told!It turned out the service coverage was terrible! Not only where we live, but also in downtown Scranton where my husband works! He couldn't use his phone at all!I made sure to go back in within the 10 days to cancel the plan and give my new phone back. Tim had conveniently not mentioned that there was a $70 restocking fee on the phone, so already I could see that it WAS going to cost me. But he assured me that now everything was cancelled so I should be good to go.Fast forward a month and I got a bill for over $130 from T-Mobile! When I called customer service, they said there was no such thing as a risk-free trial period. When I told them that's what the manager of the store had told me, they told me to call him back then and take it up with him.When I called him and explained what was going on, fully expecting his help, he said "I never told you that."!! My whole conversation with him was the definition of gaslighting!! I have never felt so blatantly lied to and manipulated!"Trying" T-Mobile has cost me several hundred dollars and has taken me hours on the phone with customer service trying to get this resolved. I strongly caution anyone who is considering switching to T-Mobile and dealing with this store to think twice.On a side note, they also don't tell you that if you port your number to T-Mobile, it's a HUGE hassle to get it ported back to your original carrier. And your original carrier may charge you fees to reactive your number. So don't switch unless you definitely plan to stick with it!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to charge me $35 just to replace a screen protector. I called corporate and they told me you should never be charged for that.

Awful unknowlegable and rude employees. Had the nerve to insult my wife over the phone she was trading in. They don't seem to know anything about the phones they do have in, the only information is on displays and what you look up beforehand. Had to order a new phone online because they couldn't bother to see if they had the one she wanted in stock. The email we received after the puchase online instructed us to return the last phone to the store. We go there to turn it in and are insulted again and then told we can't do the return without a shipping label that the website and emails say we don't need. Huge waste of our time.

I had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile branch! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to understand my specific situation and needs and provided expert advice and assistance taking care of my needs.The branch had a great selection of phones and accessories.The overall atmosphere was pleasant and friendly, making it a comfortable place to explore options and make informed decisions. If you're in need of in store services, the friendly staff and excellent selection at this T-Mobile branch won't disappoint!

I called the store after ordering 2 phones in this same store they said they were going to have the mailed to me. The next day they canceled my order. So I called again to see if they had the phones I wanted in stock the lady aliyah was very rude very unhelpful and told me they couldn't put the phones I wanted aside after being a t moble buisness customer since 2017. Customer service is terrible and if this girl is miserable doing her job then maybe she should find a new one. I do not recommend this store or service to anyone! Verizon is definitely the way to go.

Extremely rude and degrading talking Spanish about customers right in front of them using foul words. They lie to customers and try to overcharge you. Don't go there!

If you bought anything online or went through online/phone do not expect this place to help you at all even though it's "T-Mobile" apparently the store is not affiliated with T-Mobile online.

BEWARE, the employees and District Manger are scammers. I went into the Wilkes-Barre twp location to purchase a new phone unfortunately I came across Max who didn't want to sell me a phone because I refused to buy accessories so Max decided to tell me he will walk away from the sale at that point I asked for a manager and Tim and his assistant manager Angel spoke to me stating it's there policy to have you buy atleast 1 accessory to be able to walk out with a phone or I can purchase the phone online.. these guys are scammers so I went to the Wyoming valley mall location and had the same situation happen with those 3 scammers Shavone,Alisha, and Rielan there attitudes were terrible especially the manager Alisha I would never buy a phone from any of these surrounding locations only go to a T-Mobile corporate store there's one in Dickson city well worth the drive unless you're willing to be scammed by those disrespectful workers, after reading the responses from prior victims the District Managers seem to be aware of the problem and DO NOTHING to fix it.

I truly love going to T-Mobile, they have a lot of great deals, I've been dealing with T-Mobile for a while now, and they have wonderful deals for 55+. Plus the staff is wonderful and very helpful

Looking for a new iPhone the employee tells me that it's available. When getting things ready to do the paperwork on the phone, the employee changes his mind and tells me that the phone isn't available. Guess 7 years with TMOBILE it's time to change phone company. Saying Good Bye ? to Tmobile

i hope this reach the correct person but i would like to give kudos to Max he helped my mom set up her replacement phone he was really kind and patient and very informative with any and every questionNajesha so sorry is i chopped her name up was beautiful with her personality and helped me to upgrade questions and tax and activation fees as well as Jessica with the new iphones Raymond is alwaya a pleasure as him and Angel tried to assist with with my screen protector the only person with little to no personality was DENISE she has a UGLY PERSONALITY and if they get paid on commission she will never get mine or my moms and i am not impressed at all she speaks as it she in the hood i spoke to her she looked up and walked away i never experienced this behavior at Tmobile but i will be returning and hopefully she will not be there as i will take my business else where.

This location is a joke. It's "managed" by very unprofessional kids that don't know what they're doing. The atmosphere made my customer experience less than ideal.
