Absolutely horrible! Paid for and picked up an online order. 5 days later I was charged again for the same order. When I reached out to customer service I was treated as if I was a bother and my issue of fraudulently being double charged was not a big deal. The representatives response was it was a glitch.
Their resolution was to forward my complaint to their technical team and someone would contact me. Has been days and have not heard anything. I have not received a refund either. I am done shopping at any of your stores!

Nothing to do with the people or the workers because they are wonderful. I used to get off brand black oil sunflower seeds all last year there and they were great. Unfortunately they haven’t carried them this year and I had to switch to royal wings 40lb bag and it’s full of debris and empty shells. Prices are going up on everything and the quality is absolutely terrible.

The employees were nice but were mostly not helpful. I lost my phone, but they didn't care. No one batted an eyeI or helped whatsoever after i just made a almost $200 purchase. Not too mention I was in there for ever beCause every single pair of boots was scoffed up.

I go there for cat litter. They have 50lb bags for a low price. The staff are always friendly. The vet clinic is nice, I don't like that the vet doesn't come out and talk to you. But other then that a good place for all your farming needs.

Went there for a 20# Propane tank that was On SALE. CLERK was very helpful as to where I could get it filled without doing an Exchange for a good price. Will go there again for other household & garden supplies.
