I recently had an unfortunate encounter with one of your Visionworks employees (Sheila) at the Wilkes-Barre, PA location, and I felt compelled to share my experience. While I understand that everyone can have off days, the level of unprofessionalism I encountered was truly disheartening. During my visit to the location in Wilkes-Barre, I found the employee in question to be dismissive and lacking in basic customer service skills. Their attitude seemed indifferent, and I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. It appeared as though they were more interested in rushing through the visit and my questions were bothersome. Additionally, Sheila made a baseless accusatory claim that I was purchasing sunglasses made for the opposite sex. (1) it is highly inappropriate to assume someone's gender, (2) my choice of frame is not any concern of any Visionworks employee, and (3) this is a compliance/regulatory issue. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to ensure that all employees uphold a standard of professionalism and customer service. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that steps will be taken to address the issues raised.

My eye exam was very thorough. The selection of frames is nice. Prices are reasonable. I went between insurance coverage and had to pay out of pocket. My glasses were very affordable. The staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

I've been going to the Wilkes -Barre location for 3 years and always have a positive experience. Everyone is nice, patient, personable, and just make the whole appointment pleasant.

Appointment time was honored. No waiting. Doctor and associates I had were top notch. Selection of frames was adequate although I do wish the frames I liked came in different colors. Turnaround time for receiving glasses seems reasonable. Overall great experience.
