Lousy service. Terrible with communication. Ordered alot of furniture and appliances for our new home, they took my order- however- never submitted the order. Told me I had to complete the order online. The employees are nice.

A few days ago my wife and I went Into the store, the place looked empty very little to see, there was a group of employees standing around having an extremely loud argument or conversation. They were so loud that it was hurting our ears and we couldn't tell if they were arguing or just joking around. We rent from this store and have for years. The new management or new employees are making this place go down hill. We might take our business elsewhere in the future.

Have rented from this place for years but after they got our furniture today then made snide comments about crumbs from my kids on furniture, never again! Other reasons why I'll never rent anything from this place again !

Aaron’s is ok in a pinch without having to put a ton of money out all at once but I’m finding things like the furniture(not just at Aaron’s) is poorly made. My couch started sagging badly in the center and it took about 2 months to get it picked up and repaired. It was a run around, lack of communication within the lineup at Aarons to pick the couch up for repair and to get it returned. I’m still dealing with a saggy couch. They have lost a customer even if it means I go without for a while. If I wanted to feel like I was sitting on the floor I would just sit on the floor. It’s not the first item because my grandson at the age of 11 was making payments on a riding lawnmower that spent more time in for repair than he had it. No more chances Aaron’s!

I have been a customer for 13 years paid off numerous merchandise. Then COVID hit and I’m still managing my payments untill this month!! I needed a bit more time but their employee Daniel decided she was gonna leave me a nasty message and threatened to call the police on me, smh!!! It’s employees like you who make loyal customers leave, it was very rude and disrespectful and you could of handled it another way!!!

Never had an issue before until I decided to lease a TV. Had a sudden change in income tried explaining that I was just starting a new job and I would make a payment got treated like I was a criminal attempting to steal the TV. The delivery guy Chris is completely unprofessional when returning products. Never coming back here again
