Outstanding service from pickup to delivery. Jennifer was super as the closing date on our new house was moved up causing us to recalculate our delivery date. Pick up and delivery crews were professional, careful, humorous, and just a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend Allied, and if you are in the PA region, Williamsport Moving (Allied office) is outstanding.

Save yourself a head ache! We hired Allied also known as Williamsport Moving Company to take our things across country to California. We had packed many boxes already but they spent two days to pack things up. We were told that our things were going to be shuttled down to there warehouse and then put on a truck to head across country. In the mean time we cleaned the house and left for our destination in California. Though this entire experience getting information was difficult at best. We were given a time frame when delivery was suppose to happen but we did not hear from the truck driver until the night before. Surprise, then we find that half our load was not on the truck! So we have a wall unit without the desk board, so the unit could not be assembled. We had lamp shades with out the lamps. The worse was yet to come though, we paid in full for the move but they would not commit to a delivery date for the rest of our things! I contacted both Jennifer at Williamsport Moving Company as well as there so called "customer service", without help.....they could provide no further information except that I shouldn't stop payment on my credit card! We cannot even imagine how they would not know where our things were!? Why they could not give us that information or why they could not inform us of a possible delivery date! It was maddening! So save yourself a head ache.......

This is the same company as Williamsport moving company same address. They moved us in December 2019. Many of our boxes with Christmas presents in them were not delivered to our home. When I called and said these items were stolen I was told that they use the word "stolen"loosely. They ruined our Christmas and their insurance company never covered one penny of our substantial loss. Their workers complained the whole time about having to move so many boxes, They did not put the boxes in the rooms I asked them to. I believe that this was a way for them to confuse us during the move to cover up what they stole. We would never recommend this company to even in our worst enemies and I promise to tell everybody I know about this horrible experience forever.

Very disappointed in Allied Van Lines & Williamsport Moving. Damaged four items. Two of the items they denied. Here are the inventory sheets and photos. They tore the seat of the chair and cracked the lid of the antique blanket chest. I paid $396 for the extra insurance.

Excellent service. I was moving my household furnishings from Louisiana to Pennsylvania and needed help unloading it. Keith arranged for the help I needed at a very fair price. They were prompt, courteous and hard workers. I highly recommend this firm.
