I recently had an issue with one of my phones. I first went to the Bloomsburg, PA store to resolve the issue because I was closer. Big mistake. The girl I had to deL with was extremely rude, and condescending. She repeatedly was telling me I needed to turn my phone in for warranty work. I left immediately and went to the Williamsport store and as always was greeted and treated like a valued customer. They resolved the issue promptly and I was on my way. I will never step foot in the Bloomsburg location again. The Williamsport staff is the best.

Our store rep, Tylil, was truly wonderful at his job. He was very efficient, respectful, courteous, friendly, patient, the list of positive attributes could go on. We were very satisfied with his service.

Tylil was amazing !He went above and beyond to help my 74 year old mother get a new phone and transfer everything over.He stayed well past closing time because the transfer took so long and kept a very helpful and professional attitude. I am in awe of his work ethic and dedication to his customers. That's hard to find now a days.I wasn’t a fan of going into the store in the past but with Tylil there I can’t wait to go back!

I only needed a new phone but then the manager talked us into the mobile hotspot for the business account and said that it would only be $40 a mth as long as we stay on the business plan, sounded like a great deal so we agreed. After checking my updated bill, I was never given the discount and called customer service to get it applied and was told by many different associates that there is no such thing as a $40 promo deal! Tried to reach out to the manager that talked us into this and was told he was going to look into it but still has not returned my call. Super disappointed and feel like we were scammed! Please DO NOT let them talk you into anything unless you it's written in ink!

came in as a new customer back in june and was automatically signed up for the most expensive line plan and all these extra signups without my knowledge. then one of the men there used my phone to text his phone then proceeded to text me a few times over the course of 17 days trying to talk to me about my ex. then “wishing me well”very unprofessional, and will screw you into all these extra addons.

Screwed my parents into extra lines they didn’t need. They paid for items in the store never got a receipt and then got an almost $500 phone bill after being told it would be cheaper. extremely upset with how the situation was handled.

Excellent customer service...... as soon as we stepped foot In The door a representative asked us how he could help.... and then promptly took care of us!! Again Excellent service and support!!!!

Waited 90 minutes also been asking the store clerk and 800 number to automatically withdraw out my account. And every month the store will say call 800 number and customer service will say you have to go in the store show ID which I did 100 times they ask for ID to make a payment every month
