“These guys are fair, honest, and efficient. They installed my new battery in less than 15 minutes and I was on my way again. They offered options for to charge/test my battery overnight before they replaced it just to be sure that was the problem, but I told them to just go ahead and replace it since it was more than 5 years old and no longer holding a charge. It just made me feel good to know they weren't taking advantage of me, plus their price was much lower than all of the local chain auto parts stores! Shop small, shop local.”

“Marcus is a very professional and polite salesperson. He is very knowledgeable with our vehicle even though it is an off brand from Kia. Marcus was never pressuring even while standing out in a cold cold rain with us for about two hours. His willingness to answer questions is remarkable even when asked to make many measurements with a tape measure, again, standing in the cold rain. Marcus helped us through the paperwork process with ease and explained everything thoroughly. The only issue we had (not with Marcus) is that the vehicle did not have a spare tire and had a repair kit instead. I guess we're just old school that way. Thanks for the wonderful experience Marcus. You helped us find a deal better and newer than we were looking for.

“Dan, Corbin and Gary all made the process easy and painless. Every time I stop in Dan always comes up and shakes my hand he always takes time to talk with me not pushing me to buy anything. On this trip I stopped in to buy my wife a couple gifts for Christmas Dan came up to me just to say hi and talk we ended up looking at few bikes and were joking around. I wasn't there to buy a new bike but I seen the bike I have wanted in one of the colors I wanted. Dan ran some numbers and talked with Corbin and the rest is history. Corbin gave me top trade in value for my bike and Gary made closing the deal painless. I recommend Horsepower to anyone looking for a new motorcycle they are all good people and will get you the best deal they can.”

“I haven't been in their new store since they moved from downtown Williamsport but I made a trip in there and as usual the service is some of the best around very good selection of parts also Milwaukee tools for whatever you need rather be motorcycle car truck boat SUV Napa quality parts at a quality price you spend a little bit extra and your parts will last a lot longer add less wear on your vehicles I was a little upset that they do not mix paint in house anymore they have it sent to another store but they were very helpful in guiding me to get my quality paint from Napa as I always did”

“I can’t say enough good things about Fairfield Ford! I have a really pretty Bikini Pearl colored jeep wrangler and it developed that pesky paint corrosion that so many have. Because my jeep was purchased through the dealership in Muncy, they send all of their warranty bodywork to these wonderful folks at Fairfield. It looks BEAUTIFUL. Dare I say, better than it did when it was brand new? I mean it just seemed like it had more sparkle and depth. I dunno but this paint job is stellar. Communication was excellent, customer service with everyone I encountered was wonderful. I literally can’t say enough. I was sad that it had to be done but I’d take it back to these guys if I had to! “The staff at Orelli valued me as a customer. I have never needed vehicle paint in the past. Orilli has always had a good name and recommendation in the Wmpt area. The staff did not treat me dumb or mock me because I was ignorant to vehicle painting, the oposite, these guys were patient and advised me over and above what I expected. Vehicle painting is expensive but the price I paid for all the supplies for the project (Orelli had quickly on hand) seemed reasonable.”
