I left a note on both of my doors telling the driver to refuse a package.. they left it right under the note & now the company wants to charge me $140 to ship back a package that was supposed to be refused. Absolutely terrible. This is why, when given the option, I usually pay the extra fee to choose UPS for shipping.

Usually you guys are good at what you do , but today when I found my package at the top of my steps which it was thrown up there tells me you're to lazy to walk my stairs and walk an extra 5 steps and place my package by the door so that the porch pirates won't steal my package! You've done this before and of course the PPs took my package! Done with my rant.
