I’ve been a loyal customer at Future Nails for years, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I was charged the same price for a fill as my friend’s full set, and when I inquired, Jason dismissively told me I “won’t find nails cheaper anywhere.” My concern isn’t the cost—it’s the principle of fairness and respectful service.
Rating a 3-star because I’ve had great service up until now.

Everyone there is terrific!!! Best place I have found for the time and talent they put into my nails. They are super friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend😊💕

My daughter and I were last walk ins wanting get fill ins. We had a bit of a wait but were taken. We both have almond shaped gel nails and they came out great. Will be back.

Waste of money. I paid $90 for my pedicure and an extra $15 for gel polish.but this time it was horrible, and very bad service at this salon even though the person who did my pedicure didn't know how to do it. I don't recommend this place.

I left this salon feeling robbed, to be honest. I paid $5 for my nails to be “reshaped” from almond to almond (they looked worse when I left than when I came in). My pedicure was painful and paid $60 just for that. I will not be back.

Typically a good experience, some of the nail technicians were not as friendly as other times. Also, someone was taken a head of me.

First time here today, and was blown away! Customer service was great, salon was super clean and equipment was sanitized! Hard to find a nail salon in willamsport that does quality work! Love my nails! Will definitely be my new spot!
