I came to this goodwill today, and they had items without a tag price, for sale and they told me, if the item don't come with a tag price we can't sell it to u , so what's the whole point of having items for sell , with out a tag price 👎👎, and then the people at front they have a horrible mood , the place it's clean and nice but the people and how they work it's bad , never coming back again

So me and my wife came here to look for some discounted clothes.. I wanted to try them on and there was nowhere to try them on at.. so I asked the person who was working there what if they don't fit.. The person told me you have to go home try them on if they don't fit you can come back and return them... So that being said I bought over $100 worth of clothes and went home and tried them on... More than half of them did not fit.. when I went back to go get my money back for the stuff that didn't fit they said that they do not refund only exchange.. you can imagine how mad I was.. if this was the case I feel they should definitely emphasize on what their policy is to customers before they buy them... The person who was there told me that it's at the bottom of the receipt which makes no sense why would you have to look at the bottom of a receipt after you already purchase something to know that you can't return it...

great store for the vast amounts of items. i just wish they had a phone number that actually worked, instead of the one listed on Google that has a constant busy signal.

Oh no! This store got rid of the bins, big mistake. Any chance they will bring them back? The only GW that had bins not to far from Philly. Please bring the bins back.

It's a hit or miss if your in there looking for the rare deals. Clothes are generally overpriced for what the place is advertised as, but you will find decent things for a good price at random times. Seems to be weekday afternoons.

I was there last Friday, February 9, 2024. My first review was, conveniently, never posted. I was not impressed. The worst was having to listen to two employees, a male and a female, fight over who was getting their smoke break first.

This store is atrocious!!! Oh my goodness, no organization whatsoever in the housewares/home decor. In one shoebox size bin was craft ribbon, glasses cases and a lone “feminine napkin”. This place needs to take a week and organize. It’s like someone opened the roof and just dumped stuff in. And the items are priced really weird. For example a small sleigh was priced at $4.99 and a larger, almost identical sleigh was $2.99. I felt like I needed a drink and a shower when I left this store. After much searching, I found a couple nice things but I won’t be going back. What a disaster!!

i was at the lock haven goodwill a couple days ago and the assistant manager Christina was very biased and disrespectful towards me and the customers. i am very upset about how poorly this store is managed due to the fact that this store is supposed to help people. i will not be returning back until the assistant manager has left.

I've shopped here before and it was fine most cashiers I had experience with were really nice so I decided to apply it seemed like a nice quiet and friendly environment to work at plus I live a good 7-10 minute walk from there. The first time I applied I called to ask about my application a associate answered very kindly then put the manager on not sure what her name was but she was very rude right off the bat then flat out told me "Yeah we're not hiring you" rudely and with no reasoning. I just took it that they weren't accepting anyone new at the time but I applied more than 3 times and each and every time I was denied without them even reaching out and I'm sure they didn't care to read my application. I'm only writing this because it's frustrating contstantly seeing job listings on indeed (urgently hiring btw) I have all the experience they ask for especially for the position I applied to but they're not giving me the time of the day with no explanation at least. I don't even want to work here at this point if management acts like that towards customers/strangers imagine how they treat their employees. 2 stars only, one for the cashiers and one for the clothing/prices -3 for management. Making this review so people can know how they treat people/potential employees.

The store has a ton of items, some of which should have been thrown away instead of trying to make a buck.You can find great deals here but you can also find used items that are in terrible shape, and more expensive than they were brand new. Definitely need to know prices before shopping here. Still fun to browse every once in awhile- might find a treasure!
