Have been a HFCU member since I was born, basically. It is nice to have several convenient locations near me. The culture has changed from "community people, you know" to basically no-one knows me and there seems to be new staff each time I go. Overall though, great rates and easy to contact for help with anything I need.

If I could give this company negative stars I absolutely would. They are always quite eager to demean and dispose of their employees. Members concerns, questions, disputes and etc are always disregarded. They have no loyalty to staff or members. Whoever is running the show at Reach Rd should be replaced. This company has no idea as to what they are doing. I’m so glad I closed my account and moved on from them when I did. Absolutely horrible place of business. I just hope their employees and members wake up and run away before it’s too late

Got refereed by my boss at work. She’s been with y’all she says for over 20 years. I came in today to switch from my bank which has been PNC for years on which I received poor service and horrible rates to a bank I received quality service where people where actually polite and ready to serve the customer. No one person should feel uncomfortable getting out there own money! Thanks for everything so far guys your all so wonderful! Recommend this bank to anyone local !

Waited 23 mins in the drive thru on Saturday 8/20 there was only one car in each line. It’s 1157 I hope they don’t close before this line moves. Unbelievable

My husband and I have been members of Horizonfcu for 40+ years. The credit union has changed over time, with new employees and policies. That being said - We have always been treated fairly and with respect.It’s always nice when employees know who you are by name and face and hope that over time we’ll get back to that. We have no intention of banking anywhere else. In times when everyone is complaining about something- people need to know when they’re doing something right. So thanks to the staff of Horizon Federal Credit Union.

Go for a professional bank, they really don't know what they are doing. They didn't even know what an IBAN number is. Their internet platform is a joke. Find someone else.

Terrible bank. Unprofessional, no helpful, rude and slow and their app is from the 1980's. Go with another bank. A disgrace for credit unions everywhere.
