I honestly have only heart felt gratitude for this company. I was buying a vehicle from an elderly woman to whom is a family friend. She wanted to make sure the vehicle was mechanically sound. She had always taken it to this company. I was skeptical at first when they said it was not good because it was a well kept beautiful vehicle. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past. So the moral of the story is my husband and I went to see if they were taking advantage of her. To our surprise they are honest, hard working, honorable men that value integrity and over all amazing quality workmanship. We scheduled our Suburban for a check up and work that same day. We dropped it off and to our surprise the quote they gave us was more than the actual cost. This is a company you can trust and they value their customers. I have a new mechanic because I believe in them. They go above and beyond for their customers.

My daughter is away at school in Williamsport and her starter went. I dealt with this garage for the 1st time today, and we will DEFINITELY be using them again for her car as long as she is in Williamsport. They were incredibly friendly and informative. I appreciate how quickly they were able to help!

I am visiting Williamsport from 3-4 hours away and noticed water dripping inside my car. I called them and they said I can drop it off next day in the morning. They checked it out and fixed the problem is record timing. Great team here with awesome service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Take your cars elsewhere. I brought my 2022 Honda civic here for the first and most likely last time. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection done. Whoever did my oil change was careless and didn’t even bother to put things back together after they finished, causing pieces under my car to hang down and drag/scrape every time I went over the slightest bump. Since this happened right before Fourth of July weekend I had to wait 4+ days to bring it back to them and have them fix it. So in the meantime I got to listen to scraping everywhere I went. Once I did call them to correct this issue, I was given no apology or sincere concern. They “fixed” it but I’ll be taking it elsewhere to make sure there’s no further damage. Sucks but I’d rather overpay at a Honda dealership because at least they won’t screw it up.

I have a specialty vehicle and they were receptive to doing some research to make sure the job was done correctly down to the unusual head bolt tightening pattern and verifying torque specs of everything. I look forward to utilizing them more when necessary.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I called and my guy Dillon H. Answered the call. All he did was ask what I wanted to get done to my 23 Challenger and my man did not disappoint me whatsoever. He told me to bring my car in and we can talk about it. Other than a Borla cat back exhaust that I supplied I needed something else and they came through, AGAIN. I am solidified that this is MY SHOP from here on out. Don’t be scared to ask if you need something done. What’s the worst they could say? I’m 100% satisfied again with their work! I will recommending to anyone looking for quality work to hit my guys here up! I can also add that transparency was great. Dillon communicated a small issue immediately and that meant a lot.

I brought my Honda Odyessey in for repair as the company presented with good reviews. What I thought was going to be a day appointment ended being about an hour after I was told by the front desk that I would need 4 tires, an alignment, an inner tie rod replaced, a new fuel pump, and a lug nut key(which was in the glove department). The estimated cost, with picking the lowest cost tires, was around 2 grand. I was then asked to pay a fee for the diagnostic ($26) and schedule to bring it back another day if I wanted to proceed as they needed to order parts. No problem and at no time did I feel pressured, but something didn’t feel right overall. Some of my experience was that of having no communication with the mechanic and only with a young kid at the desk who wasn’t a mechanic. I’ve since brought my van to Palmer’s engines with excellent results (it’s been 5 weeks now and it drives nice) and significantly lower cost ($700 total bill for 4 tires, an alignment and inspection) and no diagnostic fee. It was discovered my fuel pump just needed fluid and the inner tie rod did not need replacement. I’ve also had my previous mechanic of 30 years look at my van when we were visiting our old neighborhood in the suburbs of Philadelphia and he confirmed the van was safe and up to par. I guess sometimes it pays to shop around!

My son (a college student)took his car in not knowing what was wrong and we are out of town and couldn't check it...ended up being an easy and cheap fix! Great experience and customer service! Would highly recommend!
