Don’t waste your money here. As nice as they are they do sloppy work. At $55 for an upgraded pedicure with stone massage, I received MAYBE 1 minute of hot stone on each foot and I still have my callouses. I also got a gel manicure at $35, the coats are COMPLETELY uneven on every single nail and she filed away all my nail length which there really wasn’t that much to begin with and my nails are all completely uneven and she made me bleed. I felt guilty not tipping but I did anyway and I really shouldn’t have. My nails really just look like garbage…Will not be going back.

I would give them zero if I could.. I went in asked for a fill which I normally get at my normal salon with dips.they would not fill and removed for an additional fee. Neither understand english completely and one not at all not one word. I showed them a pic for reference in exactly what I wanted and was a very simple design since being there the first time and wasn't sure what to expect. (posted pics below) The tech started griding the dip off my fingers and in fact cut me pretty good with the Dremel on my fingertips which caused bleeding. The older women then took me from the tech that started me and sat me in her chair. I gave her the picture as well and started on my nails. She didn't ask what type nail I wanted and I assumed with giving her the picture of what I wanted it was understood. She filed my own real nail never added anything but an acrylic overlay then paint it and charged me $70 when that is not what I asked for I asked to keep my length of my previous nails that I walked in with but because she took me from the other technician she would not know that I said that and the other technician spoke zero English so there was no type of interaction. Worst experience of my life and I will never return. I walked in with nails walked out with stubs very very pissed

This place totally ripped my niece off her inspiration picture looks nothing like they did her nails they definitely overcharged her and rushed her through her appointment. Very very disappointed in this place she will never be returning and none of our gals will ever set foot in this place -100 stars. Get your shit together a girl needs nice looking nails and a relaxing experience.

We had three people with pedicures and one manicure. They overbooked us for a Sunday and we ended up staying there for two hours plus because they had one person doing all three pedicures/manicures.

Paula is the main lady she’s very racist. She told me I could not come back because I was too dark and rude so I became cool with Kim the other nail tech. She made him stop doing my nails also and told me I was not welcome because I only tipped five dollars. Be careful when you go there, they overcharge sometimes to by an accident. They overcharged me $15 this one time and made it a big deal and things been funny every since

My nails look fine; however, I needed to change my original design because it just doesn’t even close to the image. Before my appointment, I asked for the pink in the inspiration photo to be more skin tone or similar to the pink using in French tips. He told me that the pink he had was that and put in on my nails. When I said that wasn’t the color I was wanting (before going under the lamp) he told me it would lighten up. It didn’t. Once they went under the lamp, I told them that I still didn’t like it, the lady literally yelled at me in front of everyone, and scolded me like I was a five your old. She told me that I was “bad.” They did fix them; however, after this point neither of the workers spoke to me or looked at me the rest of the appointment. The image with the rings was the inspo and the French tips is what I changed it to.

The nails were great and match the reference I showed. However, I did ask for a top coat over the gems (so they won't fall off or get caught on stuff). They said it would be at the end and to wait. I trusted the process and got to the end with no coat over the gems. It's the same day, and 2 gems are gone. Again, the design was very close to the reference, and I'm happy with the set. I'm not sure if this was a miscommunication on my end. Either way, I'm not sure if this beautiful set will last as long as I'd like. BTW set was $90 before tip.

At least they had massage chairs. Worst pedicure I have ever had, I want my money back! Pictures are after I had to remove the cuticles and fix it myself. Waste of $41. Unacceptable

Please.. please.. please.. do NOT let the man working there do your nails. He is plain awful and mean. I’ve been growing out my real nails so I don’t need to continue getting full sets and he completely ruined them. Also, did not touch my cuticles at all!!! He made them TOO short and when I asked him to fix the shape and length, multiple times, and he says ‘oh no you need to get these off and have new full set on’ & ‘I can’t fix this you have to wait until next time’ THEY ARE MY REAL NAILS HOW WOULD I GET THEM OFF??? I’m never complicated when I come here, Paula always takes good care of me and is always amazing. I was warned to not let him do my nails and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He stopped and let Paula finish my nails because he couldn’t stand me telling him what I wanted. Unbelievable.

Never will I EVER come back here. I was a walk in on 6/11/24. I was rushed and was cut multiple times with the dremal. None of my nails are even remotely close to same shape. I asked for a full set just acrylic and they put gel instead. I wouldn't have minded the gel or paying extra if it would have been the right color but they're not. There's also air bubbles in most of my nails from the gel. Very disappointed. Won't be back. Attaching photos of what I asked for VS what I got.
Requested style: Didn't get remotely close to what I asked for.
Cleanliness: There were nails all over the floor, no new files, it was dark, and reusing paper towels used on previous clients.
