Awesome staff, very clean, and most important seems like most have some gym etiquette. I'm in 2x a day 4-5ish and 4-6ish. Best planet fitness I've been in.

Every week ANOTHER piece of equipment is broken and put out of commission for weeks on end. Today, the water fountain was out of service. This gym is sub-par to other planet fittness I've been to. Come on guys, get your act together!!!

Not happy with my experience this morning. I usually go at 5am in the morning because the gym gets to busy but this morning I came in at 8am and they had half the gym closed off. Could not use any of the equipment I needed. If they needed to clean that area it needed to be done at a less busy time. Not at a peak time. It's already bad enough that equipment takes a long time to fix when broken.

I've been going to Planet Fitness for over a year now. They even changed location to a bigger layout, but it still seems almost too small for the popularity. Most gym goers focus on lifting vs. cardio, but over half the layout is dedicated to cardio equipment. They need to update their layout to fit their clientele vs. The franchise. One or two more smith machines and one more cable tower would definitely work. But, One Thing I would tell anyway, you can not go wrong for the price. Maximum $25/mth, and 24-hour access 97% of the time, and the equipment available. You can have a decent workout no matter your comfort level. Personally, I would like to see a bigger black card VIP area with one more red light therapy bed and maybe one hydro therapy bed to keep up with waits and demand. If it was ever possible, a sensory deprivation tank would put you into the more demand with the newer fitness crowd (just a recommendation).

New location is much smaller. Went to desk & asked if they could put a sign up stating to place gym bags & dirty sweaty gym clothes in or on top of the lockers. No room to sit down to dress. I was told by a staff member they couldn’t. Would have to come from corporate.Also, went to front desk 3 times to use black member amenity, & 3 times they told me they just put someone else in there even after the guy said to come back in 10 minutes all 3 times.I’m sure the staff is aware of the condition of locker rooms. I get the feeling from them that nothing will be done about it.As far as the total disrespect from your staff member telling me to stop back to use black card amenity, no excuse other than he just doesn’t care.Been a member here since November of 2016.This is a SHAME.

Very clean yes, how ever when i joined , i had joined to take my 16 yr old son who is bigger than a normal 16 yr old he looks 20. Anyway i had asked if there was like a trainer or someone who could show my son what to do.i was told no we really dont have anyone for that ,you just scan the code and it shows you.. umm no i would like to have someone actually show my son the correct way to lift weights or use the equipment to help him and he had shoulder surgery a yr ago. Give him a little confidence that he is doing the exercise correctly, not just wasting time. Only need someone to kinda guide him maybe 2 days to get him started. It is very stressful going to a gym being a bigger kid and not really knowing how to use the equipment correctly or lift weights correctly to actually help tone muscle and lose weight, not just waste time and get disappointed..
