Ive never had an issue with this Sheetz until today June 9th 2024 at 12:20am. Even though I had purchased multiple items, just 3 hours earlier with my EBT card(Food stamps) A team member along with the manager both had stated that Sheetz so not allowed to type my card number in the cash register if I have a damaged EBT card. That is the only way that I can purchase with my EBT card at the moment until I receive my new card, I feel that it is outrageous and very unprofessional that just 3 hours ago I had done just that and had no issues.However with a different manager, different rules apply? No, that is right. The policy remains the same for all employees. I feel that they knew they were in the wrong because my drink had been paid for a long with a free meal card and customer service number. I'm debating if it is appropriate to call the store manager Monday morning. However I still feel that I should press the issue because it was very very unprofessional. So if anyone has any advice please feel free to let me know thank you!!

Ordered a steak wrap, and the guy who made my wrap was very upbeat and engaging. I've had a lot of steak wraps from other Sheetz stores, and this one was by far the best one ever. Employees like this should be highly recognized and rewarded.

The nicest person ever at the desk I walked up and he served me with a smile I don't know why this place has 2.9 stars. Side note it was also very clean

I liked this location; conveniently off the highway and food and drinks were good as always. Tony and Shawnee are supervisors and they were kind to everyone at the register :) I appreciate them!

Every time I order anything from any sheets in the Williamsport area the wait times are 30 minutes or more. This time I waited for 45 minutes and my food was cold/not cooked. Horrible! This bad review has been a long time coming. I have given too many chances that have failed me.

It's so gross inside and out. I wouldn't trust ordering any MTO. There's nothing stocked and nobody is at the counter to ring ppl out. They clearly have very low standards

Always messing up orders, never answer the phone to resolve issues either. Go to Sheetz on Westminster before you go here.
