If I could give zero stars I would. They sell you vehicles that they say are inspected but just slapped a sticker on without looking at the car. They don’t even do oil changes on the cars they get but say they did. If there are any check engine lights, they clear before you start driving and then refuse to do anything after you sign the papers. Complete lier and scammer, would not recommend this place!

I have been used Shirns many times, (as they are a Penske truck agent). Every time, I have been greeted promptly and made to feel comfortable like family! The facilities are clean and attractive. (I love the display of old cars too)! All the staff and owners are great!! Thank you!

The experience was good. However, they need ro update Google Maps as the GPS sends you to their former store. Not a good experience for someone new to the area.

Horrible! Lies! Dishonest!I honestly don’t even want to give this any starsI pointed out issues during test drive, their response ....... oh yeah,,,,,,,..Which ever, get it home,Should have never passed inspection! They are inspecting vehicles and letting families put young children in them and it’s not safe at all!I won’t get into fine details, just know they try to hide information and they turn off the check engine lights before you enter the vehicle as well. The salesman knows how to really sell telling all lies and making them believable Worst place ever

Bought a 2002 Chevy Malibu from Shirn's Auto sales 1804 Lycoming Creek road on November 30, 2018. Had it for 10 days and the head gasket blew on the way to Virginia for a job. I only knew that it was overheating. Hoping it was just a thermostat I took it to a garage in Virginia named Del's Automotive. They did a diagnostic on it and came back with oil in the antifreeze and coolant in the oil. All the symptoms of a blown head gasket. So I call Shirn's and talk to the salesman who sold it to me. He says he has to call the owner and he will call me back. He didn't call back within a couple hours so I called him back. This was on the tenth of December. He then tell me that since I bought it as-is there was nothing they could do. Well I flipped out on the guy. So he tells me to call the owner at 3:30 that afternoon and talk to him. At this point I am freaking out. I am hundreds of miles from home, have a car that I just bought and haven't even gotten the title yet. So I start looking at what options I had. Couldn't just leave the car there. Had to do something with it. And being as I just bought the car, I was broke.
