What is the point of having a store when you can’t offer any kind of tech support? Instead we are told to go to Best Buy which the nearest one is 45 minutes from me or buy a new phone. Instead I went home, did some goigle searches and watched some videos and fixed the phone myself. And those 2 girls you have working there, they are pretty rude and clueless. I think you need to find new help.

Came to T-Mobile to make changes to my phone plan. I was informed that I had to call 611 to do any changes to my plan because they’re a “third party” store and couldn’t make changes to my plan. Sat on 611 hold for well over 30 minutes. They can’t touch your account unless to add lines. The employees seemed like we were bothering them. Truly pathetic. Why have a store if you can’t actually help out customers. Truly pathetic and unprofessional.

Representative was knowledgeable and able to assist me with the problem with my phone in minutes. The first time I went there to start new service there was only one person working. My understanding everyone but the store manager had quit that day. Some mistakes were made, had to call customer service later to have issues resolved but all was well.

Hours on google indicate they're open until 6. Hours on the door indicate they're open until 6. Locked door and zero employees indicate we're wrong and we drove an hour to do business elsewhere.

Pulled in at 6pm. Female associate saw me and turned off lights and hid. Hours state open until 8pm. Only sign on door- not accepting cash. While I sit and type this, female came out saw me still sitting here, grabbed something and went back to hiding. Later a male associate came out with her and they both went back into the back. Not a good way to run a business. We drove an hour to get assistance with an phone issue and possibly add another line. ??♀️

Hours posted for today are 11-6. Wanted to go in and buy a new device and change my family of five all over to TMobile. Get there at 3pm. Doors locked and it is dark inside. No answer when I call. I mean maybe at least a sign on the door? I guess I’ll have to find a different carrier.

Site says open till 8 closed at 6:50. And you also can’t fix your wifi over the phone. Will be switching

Gregory was amazing he helped me trade my Verizon phone into a T-Mobile service explained my data plan an monthly payments. Highly recommend!
