Nothing but positive things to say about this place. I have to return things often which is typically one of the most annoying tasks to do.... Every time I come in here I am greeted with kindness and patience. The workers go above and beyond to make everything smooth. 10/10.

The guys that work here are ALWAYS helpful and pleasant. I always have a ton of amazon packages to return when I come and they never seem to mind, I however am embarrassed sometimes by the amount of packages I bring haha.

The two stars aren't a reflection of the store. Although, the phone mailbox should probably be emptied to receive calls....I had a package last night, delivered to the wrong house. Thank God it was just across the yard from me. I paid extra for this package to have to sign for it...the package was thrown on the porch of a house where no one lives. The day before, my package was also delivered to the wrong house. Thankfully, that one went to my landlord and he brought it to me.

The gentleman at the counter was rather personable and spent a few minutes talking about my hobby with me. The store we well kept and everyone was busy with their work while still making the time to assist customers as they came in.

They are supposed to open until 630 PM, our company tried to deliver three packages at 6 PM because their driver didn't come pick them up when they were scheduled to.There were three other customers there trying to drop off at the same time as well.

Having issues with delivery of package. Called custom support who directed me to call here. They don't pick up the phone. Tried to stop by, and as other reviews stated they are closed before hours.

I will put one star cause there it no other way to put my opinion , I think they don’t care anyway but other customers can see it this is terrible experience at this store bud bud customer serviceI tey to send package back and the guy say you can because you need new label and I say ok… he say no tou need usps and them this it not usps and after explaining I’m confuse I ask for the address he say I don’t know the the address you can google and he star smile and smile like ….. that may my feelings like I have something in my face he never stop ✋ but he maybe lasy boss also say we can finde for you the address, ….. omg never think I gonna receive that answer from big company employer they gonna be replaced for robots soon and see itI xpect morw from themNo Recomiendo este lugarno estaba riendo por amabilidad sino por pura gana de joder como si fuera su tienda .

So I'd like it to be known that I e attempted to contact the manager for 2 weeks and have yet made to speak to them. I've had a package that someone placed the wrong tag on and I called immediately that I was told the wrong thing shipped. It's one thing to get things mixed up, but to get the run around. I'm sure no one would like this. The item weigh 59 Ibs and a cell phone was delivered. I'm sorry I'm glad at least one person looked at the tag. Oh wait... Couldn't have... I'm sure I didn't mess anything up because the cell phone that was tagged was shipped to the proper location, but I'm positive it doesn't weigh 59 Ibs. Can someone explain to me where I'm, or what I'm supposed to do
