I've never had so much trouble sending out packages and envelopes of my entire life. Every time I go there the lady tells me that there's something wrong with the package or it doesn't have enough postage. Today she told me that one of my envelopes didn't have enough postage and then she measured it and
she's like Oh I guess it does. I often reuse old boxes to ship out stuff for eBay and I've never had a problem shipping something out until I went here and she refused to take my boxes.
My wife went in there a couple times and she told me that she had trouble with the lady too. I will never go to this office ever again as long as she's there and as long as she's going to be mean about things.

This post office is so incompetent its unbelievable. How do you text someone saying they will get a package delivered between 10am and 11am.....then at 4pm you text saying my package is available for pick up at the post office. Why wasn't it dropped off with the other two packages that where dropped off today?Why do you always seem to drop them off at my neighbors house and not mine? It's like this post office just doesn't care to help anyone.

I am trying to be understanding about Covid and the huge volume of packages around Christmas, but my packages need to be scanned in. I dropped off packages on several different days that never got scanned it. To my online customers, it looks like I never dropped them off. One package sat at williamsport from the 11th to the 23rd before it showed as arrived in williamsport. It makes me look like a liar and I got a horrible review and lost a customer. This is unacceptable.

My son has lived in his apartment only since Aug 18th. 4 pieces of mail sent and only 2 have arrived. I have filed claims. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional, even got a call back to follow up on a Saturday afternoon.
