So, I go to Van Campen to get a new Key FOB for my jeep. The service manager throws my working FOB to one of his mechanics, 20 feet away, and on the concrete floor it goes. Needless to say, I was pissed. That new FOB just cost me 300 bucks. The mechanic apologized for missing the FOB, I told him not his deal, I would have missed it too. The other fellow in the office tells me to settle down and leave the service office. I went back in and the manager appologized, but then laughed as I went out the door. I was also told, " It wasn't the new one." As if that mattered. It was the working one I drove the jeep there with. I've had my other jeep there a couple times and never had any issues. I think it may be time for less childish office staff.........Thank you for the prompt reply and addressing my concerns. We all have errors in judgement. Hopefully, our next interactaction will be as positive as the ones we had previous to this day.

Edit*** Van Campen called me within minutes of writing this review to make it right. Thank you for doing business the right way! I will definitely continue to return doing business here.I took my 2021 Subaru Outback in to get a small hole on my tire patched. I purchased this vehicle from Van Campen in August and I am concerned with a few things that happened during this appointment. As I was waiting in the showroom, a different customer left and an employee was talking about how there was clearly some damage on a vehicle that the customer was there for but he wasn’t going to mention it to them unless they asked about it.As I was called to pick up my vehicle and as I get into my car, the tire that was patched was never refilled with air. It was sitting at 36 psi when all 3 other tires were at 42. Based on these 2 occurrences, I am left with the impression that this is not an honest business and I can no longer in good conscience trust this establishment to diagnose and repair issues with my vehicle.

I will never take a car here for service the over tightened the drain plug so bad it got stripped trying to take it back off and they wanted to charge me 150$ an hour to take it off which they caused to begin with...never doing business here

Went in for the Gladiator oil change Was 13 min late for appt- due to traffic construction and was told " sorry buddy, we moved on" Not what I was expecting after dropping almost $2000 in service the last 2 years and $50,000 on a new Gladiator last year.

I truly can't save enough great things about Vancampen Motors. When I called to check the availability of a particular Jeep, I knew at that moment I wanted to buy our new vehicle from there. John sold us our Jeep, and we could not be happier. There were no "sales" tactics, just exceptional service. Everyone there is so laid back and friendly. I will defiantly buy from them again and highly recommend them.

I've been happy with most of my service appointments here, but today was an unfortunate exception. Had an appointment for an inspection and a few other small things. Needed a headlight repaired and after waiting almost an hour was told that it would be at least $300 for them to look at the headlight due to having to drop the bumper and that it might even cost more than that. I was also told they wouldn't pass my vehicle for inspection due to a tint drop being a little low on the windshield (even though it was not an issue in the past). I took it home and was able to drop the bumper and repair the headlight myself relatively quickly (less than an hour) -- and I'm far from a mechanic. Everyone was friendly and they did fix one of my issues (ParkSense sensor issue), but now I'm scrambling to find someone else to inspect my Jeep at the last minute ahead of a long trip this weekend. Very disappointed!

Took my wrangler in for a recall and was experiencing the death wobble. Was told the recall was performed 2 years ago and the car was shaking due to low tire pressure, then charged for an hour of labor. When I questioned the manager about the charge, he said "Well, you got a diagnosis didn't ya?". They didn't even put air in the tires. Would not recommend.

First time buying a vehicle here. Best experience i have had buying a vehicle. Did alot of texting (while at work) with Jon. I asked so many questions. He was very helpful and worked on my approval for me. I am an hour away and everything was pretty well ready and waiting for me when I got there. All the staff were friendly and it is a great atmosphere. I will definitely buy another vehicle here and recommend this place for your next purchase.

Dropped my Jeep off to get 2 recalls fix, they gave me a loaner to run errands and called me 45 mins later to tell me it was done.Excellent service and friendly people.3 years later and still giving a 5 star review. Had to have my Wrangled towed in. Service center fixed my Jeep and delivered to my house. I greatly appreciate the friendly people and outstanding services. Thank you.

I couldn’t be any happier with the recent purchase of my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. From the second I walked into the building, Chad was extremely helpful and made the whole process so smooth. He explained all of the features of my vehicle in detail and made sure all of my questions were answered. This was by far, the easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
