Absolutely horrible to work with. My taxes were "lost" in the paperwork for 8 months and found "underneath a stack of papers" 1.5 years after they should have been filed. I called, left messages, emails, PM on facebook, even tried to see her in person. There was never a response. As someone who believes it is better working with humans rather than robots, I had to reluctantly file my taxes on Turbo Tax. Now I am paying immense fines on my taxes because Vicky Stillman, her actions, and lack of organization. -5/10 would never recommend.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Didn't do my taxes when she said she was and now I owe the IRS money.

HORRIBLE. She should be out of business. Receptionist contacted us in March 2019 to advise they had our taxes. We heard nothing else from Vicky...EVER!!! We began calling her and leaving messages weekly, starting in August and she NEVER cared enough to return our calls. We finally reached the receptionist the beginning of February 2020 to get our original documents back, which she returned and apologized. They were sitting in a filing cabinet and no one had looked at them! We took our taxes to our normal Accountant and they have already been processed. If she didn't want our business all she had to do was return our tax information.

I’ve been with Vicky for 28 years. She always works out what’s best for the client. Yes she is hard to reach but that’s because she works hard and has so many clients...maybe a few too many. If you want your taxes done in an hour or a few days, go to H&R Block. If you want them done to your benefit, stick with Vicky!
