I have been with them a long time many years I have not had any bad experiences each of the individuals have been very helpful. Even when things get crazy they always been there to help. Like to show my appreciation whenever I can. Thanks for all you do wyrope fcu. To everyone there.

We have always enjoyed working with Wyrope FCU. We started banking with them in 2016 after purchasing a vehicle from a local dealership. Since then, we have received multiple personal loans and used vehicle loans. They make the process of purchasing a vehicle or obtaining a loan so easy. We love their easy-to-use banking app, hassle-free checking, and savings account.
My daughter has been banking with them since she was 16. She is now 19 years old and working hard to purchase her first car. She just received a used car loan at an incredible interest rate lower than 7%.
Thank you, Kirstin and Angela, for working hard to get my daughter her first car loan!

I honestly would not give it a 1 star. They are the worst credit union I have ever had. i dont recommend anyone to put them in control of their hard earned money. they lie to their customers about what they offer and are generic in their responses. relocated and was advise by the teller I could still take a loan out. not true. lock out of the app. Had know way to see the balance from another state. couldn't see it went overdrawn. Had problems in communication with the president and she always has a one sided robotic attitude because she don't care what her employees do in regards to their wrong information they present when faced with someone's decision to stay in business with them. customers never right.. They were a good bank in the beginning to get u in there then they dont care about you later. I communicate the truth and they call it insulting lol. they dont know what insulting is. I tried to be open and diligent but they wanna make up things as they go. locked me out of my account so i couldn't handle the negative balance. when i put money in then wouldn't let me have a atm or debt card to access it out of state. Sent me a letter because they were offended about me putting in this review. FYI the employees are always right. not the customer. they dont believe they make mistakes and do whatever to cover it. I'm was notified in writing that i was insulting witch is insulting. and they planned on responding with untruth. you can't come into the building to do a transaction with a hat on i even was told sunglasses as well so leave that at the door.

This place is the worst, when you have prof that someone took money out of your account they will not put the fees they owe you back into your account, The CEO closed my account today and said we are not a charity because I want my money back, they had there phones off last week I had to drive over and tell them to turn on the phones

Just avoid this credit union. The pettiness is excessive with their rules and restrictions to use your account. They won’t allow mobile app access for months after opening account, and then reject small deposits endorsed with signature and “for mobile deposit” - also they gave me the wrong checking number when I opened the account and the checks I ordered were useless. No more, I’ll deal with a bigger bank with less hassles, fewer rules, and no lengthy holds. This credit union must have a lot of fraud to have such draconian rules.

as someone who had an account here for years do not make an account here. Their customer service is horrible in person and the manger is even worse {blonde lady} If you have an issue with your account they will fight tooth and nail to not help you. They're "pretenders" DON'T MAKE AN ACCOUNT HERE.

Apparently they think I'm stupid based off of them thinking a person would keep a PIN code written down and kept in a wallet. Just so when someone breaks into their car and steals their wallet has ease of use to their money. Even though the person who was robbed never had it written down in the first place, nor knows said own PIN do to always using credit. But hey what would I know I'm just a dumb guy who uses their services. Jackie is nice tho about the only good one there.
