I recently moved and lost my $10 credit on my cable bill for having xfinity mobile. I have been at the store and chatted with an agent several times. After being on the phone for 2 hours today, they finally told me that it was the fault of the person at the store who arranged my service being moved to my new address. But they don't know if they can put it back on my account. I am also having trouble making calls and texts with my phone and one person at the store told me that I may have to switch phone carriers. I'm about over xfinity

Outage occurred for almost 5 hours. Called several times, never gave updates. Called 5 hours later was told the outage was fixed and to reset router, did that and wasn’t connecting to the internet. Poor service and poor communication.

Customer service is nonexistent. They charge outrageous fees then don't help when there's problems. Don't use Xfinity!!

Switching to Xfinity was easy, Jesse made it a smooth transition for internet and mobile. I highly recommend Xfinity and when you go in ask for Jesse.

I have been trying to contact Comast to discuss changinging my plan. All I get are robotic voices & told to sign. Well, how do you sign in when you are on the phone with them. So I either get robots or hangups. Do they not have REAL people taking issues or are they tired of people, like me, screaming at them for their lousy service?

The overall wait time is a little much but the workers are very accommodating & we got our phone service transferred plus internet for an amazing price. Deff recommend!

The customer service at this location is a complete joke, the employees are rude and not helpful, 3 out of 4 times I've visited this location has been a hassle. No wonder they have so many job postings. I'm not sure why I am even bothering writing this nothing will be done about it. Thanks for nothing comcast your not the best.

Horrible, horrible service reps!! These are the most rudest people I have ever met. The lady kept repeating "ma'am, you're in the Xfinity store" because I said I switched to Verizon but Xfinity locked my phone. I swear to god they have NO people skills. When I walked in, they were arguing with an older gentleman who was trying to figure something out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER THERE IS!!!!

Good luck getting hold of an agent or even being able to call this store. If you can get your internet/phone from another provider local, please do so.

Update: Do to a lack of competition I was forced to use them for cable that they now just give you bandwidth for supposedly. They add 100mbs except I pay for 900 and with that I should have 1k, but I never even get the 100mbs they give you for the cable. Oh did I mention it’s tragically slow to load, so about 5 minutes after you want to watch something it will come on. I definitely wouldn’t recommend they for cable, cell, or internet.My biggest issue is they say xfinity customers can get WiFi at hundreds of hot spots in urban areas, what they fail to mention is most will have little to no internet. So if you are driving and need directions, it won’t load and you are forced to turn WiFi off on your device so it doesn’t connect, so you can use your data from your cell service. This coupled with a $20 a month increase without notice, while the service is decent at my home I couldn’t possibly recommend their service to anyone. After calling to complain about the increase they were clear in not being interested in retaining my business and asked if they could set me up to cancel vs trying to find a common ground to move forward.
