Jim F. came & cleaned and serviced our fireplace today and it's back up & running and in great shape. He was super professional and nice to my little girl, she even watched him leave from the window (and she doesn't talk to anyone). Great service, thank you!

We are new users of a gas fireplace, grill, and basement heater with the home we just purchased.

Always proffessional and thorough. Jim F. was here on time and got the job done in an efficient matter. He was friendly and knowledge. He cleaned/serviced three propane fireplaces in my home, as well as checked the tank. He made sure that we knew hwo to work all of the units and answered all the questions we had. They're working perfectly.

Jim F. cleaned my indoor propane fireplace. He was professional, very nice, thorough. He changed the thermocouple on the pilot light and taught me a couple things about my fireplace. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend Jim F. And Koppy's propane.

Jim came today to fix our fireplace, we needed a new pilot. He called before arrival, came in and got right to work, and finished the job quickly. Very polite and efficient. We are now ready for the cold weather (😔). Highly recommend!
